In recent years,industrial technology has developed rapidly,during which micro-precision bearings play a very important role,and its quality is crucial to production efficiency.At present,bearing manufacturers generally use manual inspection methods to check bearings.This method has high miss-inspection rate,heavy workload,and low efficiency.Therefore,a rapid and effective method is urgently needed to solve bearing inspection problems.To solve the above problems,this article uses the machine vision inspection technology to inspect and analyze the micro-precision bearings.This article studies and designs an on-line micro-precision bearing inspection system that can greatly improve the inspection efficiency and accuracy.Bearing inspection standards require dimensional tolerance of 7μm and defect accuracy of 10μm.In this article,the design of bearing inspection system is based on 5μm inspection accuracy.The overall scheme of the inspection system is designed based on the relevant data.After analyzing the structure of the entire system,appropriate visual inspection hardware such as CCD camera,lens and light source are selected and transport unit are established using conveyors,manipulators and motors.Through analysis of the input points and output points of the control system,the Omron PLC is selected.The PLC circuit and the circuit of image acquisition system are designed according to the general block diagram of the control system.The CX-P software is used to design the PLC program,and guide the design of the main and each sub-program.According to the requirements of the control system,this article makes the overall planning of the man-machine interface and determines all the necessary modules.By analyzing the relationship and the function between each module,this article designs an intuitive man-machine interface by the VB software which can meet all kinds of operations and realizes the real-time monitoring and parameter setting of the on-line micro-precision bearing inspection system.Finally,the communication between the upper and the lower computers is realized through OPC technology,and the related programs are written using VB software,and thefunction of the entire inspection system is finally realized.In the end,an on-line bearing automatic inspection experimental apparatus is set up and the written program is loaded.Under the control of the host computer,through simulated debugging and on-line debugging of the control system,after all the control requirements are met the online bearing automatic inspection is realized.Through actual operation,a real-time inspection report is obtained and the overall performance of the inspection system is analyzed.The inspection efficiency of the system is 8 pieces/min,and the recognition rate is over 93.1%,which can meet the requirements of bearing inspection standards and realize the purpose of on-line automatic inspection of bearings.This method has the advantages such as simple operation,good stability and high precision.
