Abstract/Summary:
Solar energy is a clean and renewable new energy.It converts solar energy into electric energy through photoelectric conversion to supply power to electrical equipment in the living area of RVs.It solves the problems of limited use of direct power supply,unenvironmental protection,and inconvenience to carry.However,solar RVs there are the shortcomings of small installation area,low photoelectric conversion efficiency and easy damage in solar panels.To this end,this article designed a RV solar panel folding mechanism in response to the above problems,and conducted research on it.First,a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of solar-based trajectory tracking and photoelectric tracking is carried out,and a solar tracking method that combines solar-based trajectory tracking and photoelectric tracking is adopted.At the same time,it analyzes the declination and time difference algorithms of the apparent solar motion trajectory tracking system,and selects the Spencer declination and Lamm time difference approximation algorithms to calculate the sun’s altitude and azimuth.Secondly,this article uses STM32F407 single-chip microcomputer to control the entire system,and uses the NEO-7M GPS module to track the trajectory of the day’s movement to obtain the latitude,longitude and time information of the geographic location.Based on the Android system,the operating system of the solar panel folding mechanism was designed,and a mobile phone APP of "help you go" was developed using Android Studio software.The overall design of the automatic light-tracking system software for the solar panel folding mechanism,including two parts,the software for the tracking system of the trajectory of the sun and the software of the photoelectric tracking system.Thirdly,in order to reduce the damage to solar panels caused by road excitation,a new type of viscoelastic damper vibration isolation device is proposed to control the response of random road,rough road and discrete road conditions.A 1/4 RV model of the coupled vibration isolation device was established,and the vibration mode superposition method was used to decouple the equations to solve the dynamic response of the system.The effects of stiffness parameters on the vibration reduction and energy dissipation effects of the viscoelastic dampers under different road conditions were studied.Numerical simulations found differences When the road condition stiffness value is optimal,the viscoelastic damper has the best vibration reduction and energy dissipation effect.Using the first-order optimization algorithm of ANSYS software,the structural size of the viscoelastic damper was optimized.Comparative analysis found that the optimized viscoelastic damper had better vibration damping effect.Finally,a prototype of the RV solar panel folding mechanism was made,the mechanical structure,hardware and software were jointly debugged,and the light tracking experiment was carried out.The experimental data showed that the system light tracking accurately meets the design requirements,and the solar panel of the folding mechanism has higher photoelectric conversion efficiency.
