| The heat insulation of solid rocket motor is a layer of thermal insulation and ablation-resistant material between the composite case of the motor and the solid propellant.During the operation of the rocket,the heat insulation can slow down the destructive effect of the high-temperature and high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber to the case and protect the integrity of the case.At present,the method of artificial patch is the main method of domestic heat insulation molding with low efficiency and poor molding quality;winding molding is a method that uses autowinding equipment to wind a certain width of rubber tape on the surface of the core mold to achieve molding,which has high efficiency and high molding quality.During winding molding,the accuracy of the tape position must be ensured in order to ensure the quality of heat insulation.The specific research content of this paper is as follows:First of all,an autowinding molding process plan for the heat insulation is proposed.The autowinding equipment and pressure control device of the winding molding equipment is designed in combination with the scheme,and the key parameters are calculated.Secondly,the rectification device are designed.The reason for the rectification of rubber tape during the winding operation is analyzed and the corresponding rectification plan is designed.The rectification control system is designed,common rectification measures,rectification control principles and functions of each part of the rectification control is introduced,analyzed the hardware composition of the automatic rectification system,is analyzed and a motor reversible drive scheme is designed,as well as rectification and motor drive.And the software program of rectification and motor drive is proposed.Thirdly,the rectification control system is modeled and simulated.First,the mathematical model of each link of the system is analyzed.For the DC motor,double closed-loop speed control system including current loop and speed loop are designed based on modeling.After simulation verification,the current loop can suppress the current overshoot,the speed loop can achieve steady-state speed output is fast,stable and non-oscillatory.Finally,a fuzzy self-tuning PID control strategy is designed based on the modeling of the rectification system,and a fuzzy PID controller is established and applied to the mathematical model of the rectification system.Simulink simulation results show that the strategy can well suppress the overshoot and response quickly and non-oscillatory,and the rectification effect is obviously better than response under the control of PID strategy.The research results in this paper provide a reliable rectification method and control strategy for the insulation winding molding.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the control strategy and provide strong support for the design of the winding process plan and equipment plan of heat insulation. |
