The dense molding technology of biomass fuels, including wood waste, crop stalks, chaff, and other agricultural and forestry wastes as raw materials, after crushing, drying, mixing, extrusion process were made to be granular or rod. The dense molding fuel was a new environmental health energy resource that can be combusted directly. This research was a simulation study of HS45-I hydraulic control system through the compression process on an experimental basis in the modeling experiment.The traditional mathematical modeling method was more complex. Therefore, the advanced modeling software for engineering design-AMESim was used in biomass fuel dense molding system molding. The hydraulic system model and the stress relaxation law model of biomass fuels were established in AMESim.Biomass fuels model STRESS RELAXATION in the direction of forming dense room was simulated in the hydraulic system molding, dense biomass fuels molding process curve was obtained, and its control model was established in Matlab/Simulink.Modeling and controlling of the dense molding device hydraulic control system used Fuzzy PID control strategy, and achieved the co-simulation of the hydraulic control system by co-simulation interface technology.Fuzzy PID control system had fast response, short rise time, no lag, small overshoot, strong anti-disturbance, these advantages make good control effect of fuzzy PID controller, these advantages made the fuzzy PID controller effect, so and it could meet the control requirements of biomass fuels dense molding hydraulic control system.The results of the study could provide some basis for performance test to the dense molding device, and played a guiding role for the improvement of the dense molding device and the production of biomass fuels. Suitable performance parameters of dense molding device hydraulic system could be obtained from the model, and methods to improve production efficiency could be analyzed.
