The AC/DC hybrid microgrid is a combination of AC microgrid and DC microgrid,which is conducive to improving the flexibility and diversity of users’ power consumption,ensuring the coordinated operation of microgrid and promoting the utilization of distributed clean energy.However,compared with the traditional microgrid,the topology of AC/DC hybrid microgrid is more complex,the power supply and demand are more flexible.These characteristics pose a challenge to the safe and reliable operation of AC/DC hybrid microgrid.Therefore,this paper focuses on the coordinated and optimal operation of AC/DC hybrid microgrid considering uncertainty.Firstly,the development of microgrid and the research status of AC/DC hybrid microgrid are summarized,and the topology structure,stochastic optimization theory and multi-objective optimization model are introduced.Secondly,the latin hypercube sampling(LHS)and K-means clustering algorithms are used to get the typical scene sets of wind turbine-photovoltaic cell-load-price combinations to characterize the random fluctuations of wind turbine,photovoltaic cell,AC and DC loads and electricity prices.Moreover,the fluctuations and update forecast levels of loads taking into account demand-side response based on load classification.On this basis,the multi-objective optimal operation model of AC/DC hybrid microgrid is established with the objective of the lowest operating cost,the least pollutant discharge and the highest clean energy consumption rate.In the solution method,the beetle operator of beetle antennae search(BAS)is introduced into the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II(NSGA-II)with elite strategy.The BAS-NSGA-II is obtained to solve the model,and the directionality is defined for the update method of population individuals by introducing the beetle operator,so as to improve the convergence speed and accuracy of the algorithm.Finally,the BAS-NSGA-II is used to solve the multiobjective optimization operation model of the AC/DC hybrid microgrid in the calculation example,and the correctness and effectiveness of the AC/DC hybrid microgrid coordinated optimization operation proposed in this paper considering the uncertainty is verified.
