| The resistance performance of ships is an important factor that affects the operating costs and energy consumption of ships.Due to the increasingly tense energy issue,the maritime power strategy proposed by the state also puts forward higher requirements on the shipbuilding industry.Energy conservation,emission reduction,and sustainable development have become hot issues in the shipbuilding industry today.Traditional ship form optimization technology not only has a long cycle and high cost,but it is also difficult to obtain the best ship form design plan.With the rapid development of computer technology,the combination of optimization algorithms and hydrodynamic numerical simulation calculation methods,and the introduction of intelligent optimization technology into the field of ship optimization,has important practical significance.Therefore,based on the intelligent optimization method,this paper conducts analysis and research on the optimization design of ship resistance performance.For the research object,carry out the full parameter modeling research;use the hydrodynamic numerical simulation calculation method to verify the reliability of the resistance calculation result;integrate the parameterized geometric reconstruction technology,the hydrodynamic numerical simulation calculation method,and the optimization algorithm to construct the ship optimization Design system;conduct research on the optimal design of ship type total resistance and obtain the best ship type design plan.The research content of this article mainly includes the following aspects.(1)Carry out fully parametric modeling around the research object.Analyze the geometric characteristics of the research object,determine its characteristic parameters and characteristic curves;construct a fully parametric model of the hull surface according to the characteristic parameters and curves.A fully parametric model,which constructs the mapping relationship between characteristic parameters and curves and hull surfaces.The transformation of the ship form into the transformation of characteristic parameters and curves lays the foundation for the subsequent rapid ship form transformation.(2)In this paper,the optimization goal is to minimize the total resistance of the ship.The accuracy of the total resistance calculation result is particularly important,and it is a prerequisite for the combination with the optimization algorithm.The resistance performance of the original ship type is predicted based on the RANS method and compared with the test data to verify the reliability of the prediction method.(3)Select appropriate design variables and constraints,and carry out ship type transformation.Combining the hydrodynamic numerical simulation calculation with the optimization algorithm,the ship design scheme with the least total resistance is obtained,and the design and research of the ship resistance performance optimization based on the intelligent optimization method is completed.Finally,the total resistance of the optimized ship type is reduced compared with the original ship type,reflecting the efficiency and practicality of optimizing the resistance performance of the ship based on the intelligent optimization method,and providing a comprehensive and systematic optimization method for the optimization design of the ship. |
