| In the early 1970s,Mcclelland put forward the theory of "competency".Since then,many scholars have begun to develop and study the theory of competence.The theoretical methods of competency have been applied by scholars and business managers in all aspects of human resource management.The training system based on the competency model analyzes the needs of the company based on the analysis of the personal qualities of the employees,designs reasonable new employee induction training courses and related team activities according to the corporate culture and the nature of the company,and designs different training plans for different companies.More accurate and effective,it is regarded as a high-end management method for training by many managersIn the final analysis,talents are the core strength and important factor of an enterprise,and employee training is an efficient way to improve employees’ professional capabilities and team competitiveness.Companies expect to quickly improve the quality and abilities of employees through effective training,thereby enhancing their competitiveness.Pilots,as front-line workers of aviation companies and professional technical talents of aviation companies.Pilot qualifications are one of the strengths of aviation companies,and pilot training is particularly important.The training of pilots has always been a management task with a large investment,a long training period,and slow results.How does an airline construct a scientific and reasonable pilot training system that can not only make the training work not only a formality,but also truly meet the personal abilities and professional development of the pilots to meet the strategic development needs of the company and become a pilot training management system The main issues that need to be studied and resolved.Xinjiang General Aviation Co.,Ltd.,as one of the backbone companies of the national general aviation industry,is currently changing its system,transforming and developing innovations.In the course of development in recent years,Xinjiang General Aviation has continuously introduced new European and American models,expanded new business,and improved operational qualifications.With the development of the company,pilot training has become more important.In this paper,by consulting a large number of domestic and foreign documents,conducting a questionnaire survey of relevant personnel,and using methods such as interviews,using a competency model combined with a large number of theoretical foundations,combined with the actual operation of Xinjiang General Airlines.,Ltd.and the characteristics of pilot positions,a multi-dimensional analysis of Xinjiang General aviation pilots’ competence,training status and problems.Based on the urgent needs of the pilots in the transformation and development of Xinjiang General Aviation,this paper conducts a pilot competency survey,extracts the elements of the pilot’s personal competence,and builds a job-based competency model for Xinjiang General Aviation pilots.Then,after establishing a good competency model for Xinjiang General Aviation pilots,analyze and evaluate the quality of pilots,find the gap between the current pilot related indicators and the relevant indicators in the model,use the model to analyze the needs of Xinjiang General Aviation pilot training and design training courses,To build a training system for Xinjiang general aviation pilots based on the competency model not only can Xinjiang General Aviation’s pilot training work be more targeted and more effective,it can also train and select pilots with excellent flight skills and higher psychological quality for airlines,improve flight quality,and reduce aviation accidents. |
