Research On The Improvement Of Power Supply Service Quality Of Shawan County Power Supply Company

The supply of electricity has an important impact on social and economic development.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people are increasingly dependent on electricity services in their daily lives,and they can no longer leave electricity.In recent years,the power supply service problems of power supply companies have become more and more prominent,especially in county-level areas.With the development of comprehensively deepening reforms,power companies are also deepening reforms and constantly improving their own strength.Power supply services are particularly important and are the core work of power supply companies.Improving service quality is an inevitable trend for county-level power supply companies to achieve corporate development.."People’s Power for the People" is the corporate purpose of the State Grid Corporation.The county-level power supply company is a grassroots unit of the State Grid Corporation.The power supply service quality problems of the county-level power supply company are relatively representative.This paper takes the Shawan County Power Supply Company as the research object.Through the research on the company’s power supply service,it focuses on the company’s power supply service quality,and provides a reference for the development of Shawan County Power Supply Company.Provide support and reference for promotion.This article mainly uses a combination of literature method,field survey method and questionnaire survey method,combined with the results of the investigation of the Shawan County Power Supply Company,analyzes the power supply service quality problems in Shawan County,and finds that the Shawan County Power Supply Company has customer service Problems such as inadequate power supply service quality,and insufficient supervision and assessment are mainly due to the weak service awareness of the staff,the insufficient power supply quality management mechanism and the imperfect supervision and assessment mechanism.In response to the existing problems,measures to improve the power supply service quality of Shawan County Power Supply Company are proposed,that is,to enhance the awareness of high-quality service,strengthen power supply quality control and improve the supervision and management mechanism.Enhancing the awareness of quality service requires all employees to establish a sense of quality service,strengthen service skills training for staff,consolidate the number of front-line service personnel,open a new model of grid service management,improve the level of intelligent service,and strengthen information construction.Strengthening power supply quality management and control requires strengthening power supply quality management,scientifically preparing power outage plans,improving power supply reliability and strengthening complaint process management.Improving the supervision and management mechanism requires insisting on internal and external supervision,strengthening the management of construction units,improving the inspection and supervision mechanism,and continuously improving the construction of the power supply service system.
