Abstract/Summary:
The new round of power system reform was launched in March 2015.As the official issuance of Zhongfa No.9 "Opinions on Further Deepening the Power System Reform",which started a new journey of power system reform.Subsequently,the National Energy Administration and the National Development and Reform Commission in order to further liberalize the power sales side market,access barriers and ensure the power system reform improvement process can be effectively promoted,which successively issued a series of supporting documents aiming to provide qualified and diversified power sales entities have the options to participate in the development of incremental power distribution investment business.A series of encouraging and guiding policies and measures promulgated which had a positive effect on the vast number of power sales companies in exploring business development models,which pointed the way for these newborn power sales companies promoted business development and planed development strategy in the future.As the incremental power distribution reform has entered the deep water zone,the reform process is full of obstacles and the pace of power system reform has slowed down significantly than expected.From the initial momentum of rapid growth,power sales companies have entered the track of rational adjustment,industry shuffles and the survival of the fittest is gradually increasing.Compared with the monopoly model of traditional power distribution and sales companies such as State Grid and China Southern Power Grid,the power sales companies in my country is a new thing,which strategic thinking is still blank,many theoretical ideas and practical experience research are mostly concentrated in the early stage of exploration,few mature and instructive strategic in research systems.The research of the article is based on the current situation of large-scale turbulent integration of the power sales industry,taking Jinneng Power Sales Company as a case company.By using of strategic management theoretical thinking and PEST and SWOT tool models to solve the company’s current problems,comprehensively judge the various environmental factors,analyze future development trends,and find a suitable path for the future development.At the same time,it also provides a theoretical basis for the company to seek a business breakthrough,improves the company’s existing strategic system and achieves strategic goals.The innovation is to use this as a case,summarize the common problems that exist in the process of promoting the implementation of the strategy of the same type of power sales companies which facing the increasingly fierce competition in the power industry,develop a strategic plan that fits the actual business of the company and put forward common strategic decision-making opinions.It is helpful to comprehensively summarize,analyze and evaluate the value of strategic decision-making approaches,clarify the next development direction,and avoid unnecessary risks,which is for breaking the traditional strategic decision-making research,advancing the process of power system reform,promoting enterprise reform,theoretical guidance and a basis for relevant government authorities to make decisions shares advanced experience.
