China’s new urbanization construction continues to deepen,and traditional buildings with high energy consumption and high emissions have gradually failed to meet the requirements of environmentally friendly construction.Because of its short construction period and energy-saving features,prefabricated buildings have become the future development trend of the construction industry.The core of sustainable development is the ecological environment balance.In order to continuously promote the sustainable development of the construction industry and prefabricated buildings,research on the ecological sustainability of prefabricated buildings is essential.This paper uses a simple and effective ecological environment evaluation index-ecological footprint to predict and study the impact of prefabricated buildings on the life cycle of resources consumed,CO2 emissions and construction waste on the ecological environment,to achieve optimization in the design stage and resource consumption control may.First,the whole life cycle of prefabricated buildings is divided into four stages:pre-preparation,physicalization,operation,demolition and recycling,and the types of ecological footprints in each stage are determined,including labor,energy,machinery,transportation,materials,construction land,and prefabricated components(PC)7 ecological footprint types of components.Secondly,the calculation principles and boundaries of each stage are clarified,among which the inventory method is adopted in the preliminary preparation stage and operation stage,and the process method is adopted in the materialization stage and dismantling and recovery stage.Then,establish a full life cycle ecological footprint prediction model of prefabricated buildings.Among the physical and chemical stages of ecological footprint prediction,the process method used includes engineering quantity,ecological footprint factor,and carbon dioxide emission factor.Based on the Process Life Cycle Assessment(PLCA),a prediction model for the ecological footprint of PC components is established;the prediction of the ecological footprint of the operation stage uses the BP neural network to establish the prediction model;The conversion coefficient method of stage ecological footprint.Subsequently,based on relevant government statistical data,reports from international authoritative organizations,literature,etc.,the ecological footprint factors and carbon dioxide emission factors required for ecological footprint prediction are collected and calculated.Finally,taking a prefabricated commercial office building No.4 in Chengdu as an example,the BIM model is established,and the prediction model established above is used to predict its ecological footprint.The validity of the prediction model is verified,and the life cycle and key stages Analysis and discussion.
