Study On Landscape Evaluation System Of "Beautiful Countryside" In Chengdu

My country’s "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" proposes to solidly promote the construction of a new socialist countryside,the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" to build beautiful and livable villages,and accelerate the development of agriculture and rural development has always been the focus of our work.Sichuan Province is a major agricultural province,with a high proportion of rural population and farmland area.In order to comprehensively promote the construction of a new countryside,the Chengdu Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government of Sichuan Province have proposed a "small-group micro-creation" beautiful rural construction model.However,in the process of building beautiful villages in China,the planning and construction refer too much to the town planning.The countryside has lost its local features and features,and has formed a status quo of a thousand villages.Therefore,the correct and objective evaluation of rural landscapes is rural resource development and rural landscape planning.The basis and premise of the design.In this paper,through field investigation to study the regional situation,the questionnaire survey,expert consultation,analytic hierarchy process and other methods are adopted to construct the evaluation system of Chengdu’s beautiful rural landscape.The entire system includes 3 first-level indicators of natural landscape system,human landscape system,social system,12 second-level indicators of vegetation landscape,water landscape,agricultural landscape,landscape space,housing construction,traditional rural structures,traffic roads,park squares,folk customs Culture,infrastructure,industrial structure,social support,and 31 three-level indicators.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the indicators.The importance of the weight values in the project layer is:natural landscape system>human landscape system>social system.In the natural landscape system,vegetation landscape is the most important;in the human landscape system,folk culture is far more important than other indicators;in the social system,infrastructure is the most important.Among the 31 indicator layers,the characteristics of agricultural landscape,cleanliness of water body and richness of spatial form are the most important.Using fuzzy mathematics to actually use the evaluation index system,field investigation and analysis of the landscape status of Qinggangshu Village,based on the analysis results of fuzzy comprehensive calculation: the overall grade of the landscape of Qinggangshu Village is biased to grade Ⅱ and gradeⅠ,natural landscape system,human landscape system,The social system,etc.all belong to the Ⅱ level,and the overall landscape quality and various landscape components are good.Overall analysis of the advantages of its rural landscape are: the overall quality of the rural landscape is high,the quality of the water landscape is excellent,and the rural landscape elements are complete;the existing problems are: the first-level level is not reached,the folk culture needs to be improved,and individual single indicators need to be improved.The pre-selection improvement project has outstanding problems.Corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed according to the problem: strengthen excellent element management and protection,build core competitiveness,enrich folk cultural elements,target single low-quality indicators,collect and sort out feedback.
