The Application Of Chinese Traditional Landscape Painting Space’s Design Language In Modern Landscape Design

Chinese traditional landscape painting is the most representative art form in the aesthetics of Chinese painting art.It represents the essence of Chinese traditional culture and provides an important source of inspiration for Chinese classical gardens design.This historical context should be considered by landscape designers in contemporary China.This article starts with the study of the commonalities between traditional Chinese landscape painting and the creation of Chinese classical garden space.It attempts to use the analysis perspective of design language to explore and summarize the visual concepts and space creation ideas that traditional landscape painting is worth of garden design for reference.It will be converted and used in project practice.Through research,we openly put forward the inspiration significance of Chinese traditional landscape painting to the design of Chinese modern gardens from the perspective of design language,and provide a new source of design inspiration and creative ideas for modern garden design with the artistic conception of landscape painting and Chinese aesthetic characteristics.The research discusses the influence of traditional landscape painting on visual arts in garden art,and systematically combs these contents by constructing a design language model;at the same time,the text also discusses the use of design language in design practice.The landscape design of Panda Garden as an example,explores the guiding significance and some enlightenment of the design language of traditional Chinese landscape painting for modern garden design.The main results of the research include:(1)The traditional landscape painting has a profound influence on the garden design.The two have a lot of commonality in design creation,mainly including three aspects:landscape components,space layout techniques and artistic conception creation methods,traditional Landscape painting and garden design have reference and guidance significance to each other.(2)Based on the research results of the similarities between traditional landscape painting creation and garden design,and drawing on the architectural language model built by Bu Zhengwei and the landscape language model built by Anne Spencer,a design based on traditional Chinese landscape painting space creation Language model.(3)Summarized the respective extraction methods of the formal vocabulary,spatial vocabulary and grammatical rules of the design language based on the traditional Chinese landscape painting space creation.The extraction of formal vocabulary needs to be classified and graphicalized according to figurative elements;the spatial vocabulary extraction methods include simplified graphical method and prototype graphical method.The steps of extracting grammatical rules include landscape analysis and conversion of traditional landscape paintings.(4)The spatial design language model of traditional Chinese landscape painting constructed based on the research,combined with the actual landscape painting case analysis,finally summarized and extracted 80 schema languages at the "vocabulary" level,including43 categories of "formal vocabulary" Basic schema,37 basic schemas in 7 categories of "spatial vocabulary";and 26 pictorial symbols for "grammatical rules".(5)Proposed the use of Chinese traditional landscape painting space design language in modern garden design,and summarized the use of three forms of vocabulary,including the use of ancient images,freehand graphical use and anti-graphic reconstruction Expression,and in the application of anti-schematic reconstruction expression,three common language innovation models were proposed,including the new use of old materials,the ancient charm of new materials and the removal of old materials and new cloth.At the same time,it puts forward the key points that need to be paid attention to in the reuse of spatial vocabulary and grammatical rules.(6)Select the Chinese Giant Panda Garden in the South of Zhuhai Bamboo Sea,and use the traditional Chinese landscape painting space design language in the landscape design practice to form a set of design texts and design drawings around the practice of using the design language.
