| In recent years,China’s urban rail transit project investment has increased year by year,and the scale of project construction is also growing.Under the huge construction period and cost pressure,construction managers often feel overwhelmed by the quality and safety of supervision and control.Rework,even a safety incident.There are many participating companies in the subway project.The amount of engineering data formed during construction is large,and the sources of information are diverse.A good coordination mechanism is needed to minimize the error of information transmission.The current project management often communicates work problems through We Chat or QQ.Although the information transmission is convenient,the late traceability is poor,and the closed loop and positioning cannot be formed.The promotion and in-depth application of BIM technology has brought new solutions to construction management to meet the needs of industry development.This project takes a domestic subway under construction as the engineering background,and aims at the highly integrated sharing of engineering information.This paper studies two methods for reducing the weight of BIM models for subway engineering based on intermediate format conversion and geometric information reconstruction,as well as BIM models and field project management.Associated Technology Path.At the same time,the information characteristics,management logic,information flow and information integration methods of the subway engineering project group are sorted out.The scheme of deep integration of BIM technology and subway engineering project management logic and the BIM rapid standard modeling method are studied.Based on this,an urban rail transit information construction management platform based on the BIM model as a data carrier and integrated with information technology such as GIS and mobile internet was designed and developed.The supporting and supporting full-process management of the project construction.After practical application in a subway line in Shanghai,it has been verified that the platform can improve the efficiency of resource sharing and mutual cooperation among the participating parties to a certain extent,and provides a useful tool for subway construction management.A new technical means and solutions. |
