Abstract/Summary:
With the increasingly prominent global problems of energy and environment,electric vehicles(EVs)have been vigorously promoted by many countries due to their characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection.At the same time,due to the importance of environmental protection,transportation and the development of the industrial chain,EV lease has also been listed as the key development plan for new energy vehicles in China.However,at present,the EV lease industry generally encounters problems due to the single service model and the backwardness of the service product system,which lead to the inability to meet the growing diversity and personal demands of consumers.Customers are therefore not sufficiently inclined to use EV lease service,and also have doubts about this new way of travel,which seriously hinders the development of the industry.The model of service package can improve service quality,customer satisfaction and customer trust,and ultimately improve user loyalty to service providers,which is very suitable for the demands of today’s EV lease industry and enterprises.Based on the above realistic background,the service package optimization design and customization recommendation research is oriented to EV lease,and the service system optimization based on service package mode is the key to crack the obstacles of EV lease promotion and promote the development of EV industry,which has profound theoretical and practical significance.The research in this paper is mainly divided into three parts:First of all,based on latent variable analysis model,the value-added mechanism and market segmentation of the EV lease service system are researched,providing reliable theoretical support and research foundation for the service package design and intelligent customization recommendation of EV lease.From the customer’s point of view,based on the structural equation model,the optimization motivation analysis for EV lease is carried out,and the influence path model of four customer-driven factors,market segmentation,perceived service quality,and perceived value is constructed and verified,and value-added path is established to demonstrate the importance of market segmentation and service package model for system optimization,and obtain the optimization goal of service package design and the theoretical basis for service system optimization;The market segmentation research aims to segment EV lease users based on potential category models.By selecting the explicit variables with distinct features as the user feature attribute set,the potential category model with the best model fitting effect is constructed as the final market segmentation research result,and the validity and subdivision of the model are also verified.Market segmentation research achieves the purpose of dividing user groups and identifying segmented market based on user characteristics,becoming an important basis for service composition model.Secondly,in the research of multi-target service package design of EV lease,based on Ho Q-DEMATEL theory and fuzzy theory,the demand analysis method of service package optimization design is proposed to obtain customer demand,service element,and their weights.Then,based on disappointment theory,customer selection model,cost model and compatibility model,a multiobjective optimization model based on user perception performance model,scheme cost model,scheme compatibility model and scheme competition index model is established.The model is solved and algorithm is compared by designing a multi-objective optimization algorithm based on improved target weights and a multi-objective decision algorithm based on improved MOBPSO.The research conclusions are verified in the EV lease enterprise.The EV lease service customized package is developed for different stages of the promotion market,and the validity and practicability of the model and method are verified.Finally,a hybrid intelligent customization recommendation method based on service package model is proposed for EV lease.The intelligent recommendation mechanism is designed according to the complexity of user customized behavior.Based on the association rules,content recommendation model and collaborative filtering algorithm,the service package hybrid intelligent recommendation algorithm system is designed to satisfy the user’s selection behavior.Users are recommended suitable Top-N service customization packages,and they can also choose to customize the customized service items in a step-by-step manner to achieve personalized customization requirements,and also solves the problem of user and project cold-starting when the traditional recommendation method is applied.Finally,the recommending model and algorithm process are simulated,the feasibility and effectiveness of the recommended method are therefore verified,and the prototype of the customized recommendation system for the EV lease service package is introduced and explained.In short,this paper studies the problem of design and customization recommendation of service package for EV lease,based on the service system value-added mechanism and market segmentation research,conducts multiobjective service package optimization design research for EV lease,and proposes matching intelligent customization recommendation method based on service package mode,providing suitable service packages for users with different needs,in order to meet the choice demands of customers,improve the value of service systems,optimize the EV lease service system,achieve a win-win situation for enterprise revenue and customer satisfaction,and finally promote the EV lease industry and even the EV industry.
