Aiming at the limitation of lightweight of mini electric vehicle body,the shortcomings of existing foldable models are analyzed in terms of folding principle and vehicle quality,the frame configuration of mini foldable electric vehicle is put forward based on the idea of lightweight and modular design,and the heat dissipation model of air-cooled battery box is established according to the foldable frame.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the linkage folding mechanism with high folding efficiency is configured and the 3d model of the folding mechanism is established.Aiming at the problem of low folding efficiency,a single-objective optimization model of frame folding length is established and the folding efficiency is increased to 32.9%.Secondly,the crew cabin skeleton structure,front and rear frame and vehicle frame modeling is completed.The penalty function based on reliability verification test function particle swarm algorithm for frame folded length,frame quality and frame space three aspects,multi-objective optimization is used and the simulation results show that the frame folding efficiency further increases of 37.0%,the effective space of front and rear frame increased from 156.8dm~3 to 158.9dm~3,the frame quality decrease 9.3%.Based on the optimized frame model,the modal and dynamic simulation analysis of the frame is carried out to preliminarily verify the rationality of the frame design,and the structural optimization of the cranks of the main stressed members is carried out.Thirdly,a model of air-cooled battery box is established based on the cross arrangement of cylindrical battery monomer and the air-cooled heat dissipation simulation of the battery box is carried out.Affecting the heat dissipation of longitudinal spacing between the horizontal spacing,battery monomer battery monomer,inlet and wall shape,simulation results show that the longitudinal spacing,increase battery monomer increasing inlet wind speed and the surface type wall can improve the heat dissipation of the battery module.On this basis,the optimal heat dissipation scheme of the battery box is proposed.
