Self-propelled hyperbaric lifeboat(SPHL)is a fully enclosed lifeboat with self-propelling capability,installed in saturation diving systems.It is specially used to evacuate saturated divers under high pressure or in the process of decompression.A SPHL is equipped with a hyperbaric evacuation chamber and environment control equipment,which can maintain a high-pressure environment equivalent to a certain depth of water.In this paper,the structural strength of a SPHL is taken as the research object.The influencing factors and changing laws of the structural response of the SPHL are discussed,concerning the anisotropic characteristics of composite materials.In order to explore the anisotropic characteristics of composite materials,such as glass fiber reinforced plastics(GFRP)and carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP),the paper firstly takes a rectangular plate and the bottom of SPHL as research objects respectively,and analyzes the influence of load forms,layer forms and layer directions on the structural response.The response characteristics of unidirectional layer structure and bidirectional layer structure under static and impact loads are obtained.The paper briefly analyzes the finite element modeling method of composite hull structure,combined with the composite material forming process.A full-scale finite element model of the SPHL is established.The sailing and lifting conditions are analyzed.During sailing condition,the wave loads are directly mapped to the FEM model.The influence of wave parameters on the structure response is obtained.For lifting conditions,the paper analyzes the structural response characteristics when the hull is lifted by ends or central point.Suggestions are given based on actual production process.In this paper,a full-scale finite element analysis is performed on a small-scale composite material boat,and its unique central lifting scheme is analyzed.The paper can provide a reference for the structural analysis of similar small-scale composite material boats.It can also lay a certain foundation for the research on the structural strength of SPHL.
