| The ship absorption refrigeration system is a kind of equipment which use the ship’s waste heat as the heat source and reduces the ship’s cabin temperature.Ship waste heat is abundant,recycling is convenient,absorption refrigeration technology is mature,the combination of the two design ship absorption refrigeration system,is of great significance.Research on the ship absorption refrigeration system can not only recycle the waste heat of the ship,improve the efficiency of the ship,but also save energy and reduce emissions,reduce noise,and bring convenience to the management of refrigeration equipment.The research of this topic mainly use the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,software simulation and field experiment.Through the analysis of energy consumption and waste heat of Marine equipment,the cooling water and smoke exhaust of main engine and generator diesel engine are selected as heat sources.The principle of absorption refrigeration is analyzed and compared with existing compression refrigeration.Lithium bromide is selected as refrigerant.According to the actual situation of ship equipment,the cooling water of cylinder liner and waste heat of smoke exhaust are combined,the heat exchanger of key equipment is analyzed and calculated,and the ship absorption refrigeration system is designed.The simulation software was used to analyze the cooling capacity of the system.According to the numerical simulation and the existing conditions of the laboratory,the construction of the absorption refrigeration system driven by waste heat was completed,and the temperature of the laboratory room was reduced to the design temperature to achieve the operation effect.Through the research of this subject,the overall design scheme of the absorption refrigeration system and the design scheme of the heat exchanger are obtained.The operation status diagram of the absorption refrigeration system and the effect of parameter changes on the system performance are simulated by software,and a set of the ship absorption refrigeration system is built,and the expected experimental results are achieved. |
