Our country is still in the developing world.The energy utilization rate is low,and the huge consumption of primary energy.A large amount of fluorine and chlorine hydrocarbon refrigerants application caused massive destruction of the ozone layer.And the application of refrigerants containing carbon,also can cause atmospheric temperature rise.Ammonia-water ammonia absorption refrigeration system is low power consumption,does not destroy the ozone layer,also won't produce greenhouse gases,thus has a high research value.Pinch analysis technology is applied in the NH3-H2O absorption refrigeration system in this article,which obtain the refrigeration system with a combined internal heat recovery.Within the scope of the conditions permit,again finding that,under the condition of the weak solution temperature of the generator outlet is lower,the temperature of the condenser outlet is lower,the temperature of the absorber outlet or the concentration difference is bigger,the COP will be improved.Finally,the ammonia-water absorption refrigeration system is applied to a 200,000 tons of acrylonitrile project.Through the analysis of the project,three different ammonia-water absorption refrigeration systems is established.The first is an ammonia-water absorption refrigeration multiple system with internal heat recovery,and it is driven by waste heat source in the project.By calculating,1,912.2 kW of AOGI flue gas heat be recycled by the design of the system,and it can produces economic benefits of 1.2662 million yuan a year.The second is an ammonia-water absorption refrigeration multiple system with external subcooler,and it is not only driven heat source waste heat source in the project,but also make use of external cold source in the project.Through calculation,2901.4 kW of AOGI flue gas heat be recycled by the design of the system,and it can produces economic benefits of 2.4549 million yuan a year.The third is an ammonia-water absorption refrigeration cascade system with external subcooler,and it is not only driven heat source waste heat source in the project,but also make use of external cold source in the project.Through calculation,2939.4 kW of AOGI flue gas heat be recycled by the design of the system,and it can produces economic benefits of 2.5656 million yuan a year.In conclusion,application effect of ammonia-water absorption refrigeration system is obvious in the factory with a large number of low grade waste heat.The system is friendly to the environment,can save electric energy,can increase the economic benefit.
