| As a new structure of gas tank roof,radial rib dome with plates is developing rapidly at abroad because of its light weight,strong stability,easy to assemble,and the structure meets the functional and practical requirements.However,due to the novelty of the structure,the diversity of component forms and the huge size of the long-span structure itself,no systematic and overall research on the structure has been carried out academically.Formally,the structure is similar to a single layer reticulated shell which is composed only of beam and rod members.In terms of component composition,the combined mode of beam and plate is similar to that of the integral panel.A large number of studies on single-layer reticulated shells and integral panels are of great reference value for the study of this new structure.Basing on the finite element software ANSYS,according to the structural stability principle,using the nonlinear whole process path tracking analysis method,a study on the double nonlinear stability of a new type of ribbed ring reticulated shell structure is carried out.The research conclusion is of great reference value for the engineering design of the new structure.The main tasks include:(1)based on the buckling test results of a t-shaped stiffener,the correctness of the Beam-shell model was verified,which is vital to the finite element model of the radial rib dome with plates.(2)taking the 150,000m~3 radial rib dome with plates in a practical project as the research object,the finite element model was established by using the finite element software ANSYS,and the whole process of structural instability was analyzed.In this paper,the plastic development process and instability mode of the members of the structure are studied in detail.(3)the influence of different influencing factors on the ultimate bearing capacity of the ribbed ring reticulated shell structure was studied.These factors include material nonlinearity,component size,ratio of rise to span,boundary conditions,asymmetrically distributed load,etc.Based on the analysis of the elastoplastic stability of more than200 shells,the plastic reduction coefficient of these new structures is obtained. |
