| Deep tunnel sewage transmission system can effectively alleviate urban waterlogging,however,the complexity of the deep tunnel sewage system project poses a huge threat to construction safety,which requires the construction team to evaluate the results of construction safety risk.Make adjustments to the construction plan.At present,most of the existing research results focus on the safety risk assessment of metro shield construction,while few studies focus on the safety risk assessment of deep tunnel shield construction.In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to quantitatively evaluate the safety risk of shield construction in deep tunnel engineering,this paper establishes a safety risk assessment model for deep tunnel shield construction by means of literature research,site investigation,questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis,and by means of risk assessment index system,risk matrix and factor analysis,taking Dadonghu deep tunnel construction project as the research object.Quantitative evaluation results are obtained.According to the evaluation results,effective risk reduction measures can be formulated in advance,and prevention can be predicted in advance to reduce the probability of accidents,thereby reducing economic losses,casualties and adverse social consequences.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the existing research results,based on on-site investigation and data search,the safety management methods in the construction of deep tunnel shields are collected,and the safety risk assessment index system for deep tunnel shield construction is established.(2)According to the analysis of indicators,the questionnaire was designed and the data of the questionnaires were analyzed.The data shows that it is suitable to construct a safety risk assessment model for deep tunnel shield construction by factor analysis.(3)Taking Dadonghu deep shield project as the research object,the safety risk grade of Dadonghu deep tunnel shield construction is divided according to the safety risk evaluation index system of deep tunnel shield construction.Through the safety risk evaluation model of shield tunneling in deep tunnel engineering,the classification safety risk evaluation values P1~P7 and total safety risk evaluation values P of each construction section are calculated,and the risk analysis of the highest classification safety risk value interval is carried out,and the corresponding control measures are put forward.By comparing and analyzing the safety risk classification table and P value of deep tunnel shield construction,it is found that there is a good consistency between the two.However,the safety evaluation results of the safety risk evaluation model of deep tunnel shield construction are more credible and meticulous.(4)Based on the Dadong Lake deep tunnel shield project,combined with the safety risk evaluation index system and evaluation model of the deep tunnel shield construction,the safety measures for the shield tunnel construction of the deep tunnel project are formulated.Good results have been achieved,the safety management level of the shield construction of the Dadong Lake deep tunnel project has been improved,and the losses and impacts caused by disasters and other accidents have been reduced. |
