| Jig-bed is an important tooling equipment for ship curved surface sectional manufacturing.Whether it can realize non-destructive transfer and reuse is usually divided into two categories: special one and general one.Among them,NC universal jig-bed is the mainstream direction of future development because of its wide adaptability and digital control.On the basis of a new type of universal jig for NC jigbed,a modular flexible device is proposed to overcome the shortage of travel and transfer convenience of the jig in large curvature curved surface sectional manufacturing.The device is composed of connecting mechanism,frame platform,support adjustment module and mobile mechanism.Without changing the original specification of NC jig-bed,the adjustment range of the jig is improved,and the versatility and flexibility are better.It is suitable for the construction of various curved surface hull segments.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)From the point of view of improving the bracket of movable collar support,through theoretical analysis,the solution of adding lower column and integral frame is excluded.According to the theory of die discretization,the concepts of discrete segmented outer plate area and discrete bracket are put forward,and the basic design idea is based on it.(2)According to the modular design method,the flexible device structure is divided into four small modules: frame platform,flexible winding connection device,support adjusting mechanism and mobile device.The most suitable device structure is obtained through the horizontal comparison of different structural forms.(3)Designing and calculating the structure of the frame platform,the connecting device of the flexible winding head,the supporting adjusting mechanism and the moving device respectively,and putting forward various innovative structural forms:the supporting adjusting mechanism adopts the structure form of parallel screw,which has high structural strength and greatly improves the adjusting stroke of the jig-bed;the connecting rod mechanism is used to complete the lifting work of the wheel without adding any additional work.The driving device adopts trackless structure,which facilitates the transfer of the device.(4)Using ANSYS finite element software to analyze the strength and stiffness of the gearbox structure,the stress concentration problem was solved by connecting the adjacent gearbox with the rod.The numerical analysis of the mechanical properties of the whole structure of the device under different loads in the working process verifies that its structural strength and stiffness meet the actual working needs and is feasible.(5)The parametric design of CATIA three-dimensional design software is used to complete the device’s modeling work and improve the efficiency of modeling;the automatic placement program of the jig-bed is developed by using CATIA secondary development technology based on macro,which is convenient to complete the virtual placement of the jig-bed,and proves that the device’s function is feasible,and provides data support for the numerical control technology of the jig-bed. |
