| With the acceleration of urbanization and the spread and development of western design concepts since the 20 th century,modern urban design has been greatly affected.At present,the status quo of China’s cities is serious,and the big wave of urban construction has narrowed the differences between cities,making a large number of cities have no obvious image differences.As an important carrier of history and culture in the city,urban historic sites should play a role in the continuation of historical context in modern urban design,but in the rapid process of urbanization,they are constantly replaced by new urban functional planning and batch modern buildings,or protected by "meaningless",which seems to be unable to effectively show their benefits in the city.Based on the above problems,this study is based on the macro level of urban design,on the basis of the protection of urban monuments,to find the appropriate way of integration between urban monuments and urban design.Firstly,from the relationship between historic sites and cities,it is clear that the integration of historic sites and modern urban design plays an important role in the continuation of historical context.Secondly,it analyzes the lack of authenticity,fragmentation of historical environment,improper design methods and the main factors that affect the integration.Finally,it starts from the perspective of urban design,From the macro to the micro,the paper puts forward the corresponding design strategies from the three aspects of space integration,function integration and specific methods.This paper attempts to find a foothold to reconcile the contradiction between urban monuments and modern urban design,so that they can coexist harmoniously and create a better urban environment,so as to achieve a better continuation of urban historical context and promote the development of society,culture and economy in a better direction. |
