Research On The Earned Income Strategies Of Contractor Based On The Value Chain

Under the current environment of the new era of construction industry,the profit space for contractors is continuously reduced.At the same time,the market competition in the construction industry is also becoming more intense.Therefore,contractors need to change their development mode to improve the quality of their development.Therefore,in order to ensure the vitality and competitiveness of contractors,contractors need to develop income-earned strategies to adapt to the reform and change of China’s construction industry in the new era,and enter the new field and blue ocean of China’s construction industry.Based on the above analysis,this study,based on the value chain,puts forward specific strategies for contractors to realize earned income by adding value to the internal value chain and extending the external value chain,which has important theoretical and practical significance.This study is mainly analyzed from the following two aspects:(1)Value-added activities identification and earned income strategies within the contractor’s internal value chainAccording to the value chain theory,in the internal value chain of an enterprise,the value activities that create the maximum value are the key value activities to realize the value added of the enterprise value chain,and adopting strategies to optimize the key value activities can realize the earned income.Therefore,this study identified variation,pricing,and claim the value activities of value is the key to realize the contractor earned income activities,on this basis,this paper analyzes the basis and concrete implementation of the earned income by the contractor by means of variation,pricing and claim,and then puts forward the implementation strategy of variation,pricing and claim from the perspective of earned income by the contractor.(2)Determine the direction of contractor’s external value chain extension and earned income strategyIn order to maximize benefits and realize earned income,contractors should not only focus on internal value chain analysis,but also place the enterprise in the whole industrial value chain and implement earned income strategy from the perspective of extending the external value chain of the enterprise.Therefore,this study first analyzes the realization of the external value chain extension way,put forward the contractor to carry out the strategy of vertical integration transformation,to the investment and financing and operations on both ends of the extension of value chain is the realization of the external value chain extension direction of earned income,and external to the contractors to realize enterprise value chain extension,the key to the implementation of strategic transformation ability promotion strategy is put forward.From what has been discussed above,the research ideas and results of this study have certain practical guiding significance for contractors to adapt to the changes of the new environment of the construction industry,enter the new blue ocean of the construction industry,and further realize the earned income.
