| In the context that economic growth serves social development,construction industry,as the pillar industry of China’s national economy,plays an irreplaceable role in creating national economic income and driving social productivity.In recent years,the focus of competition in the construction market has gradually shifted from the competition between enterprises to the competition between enterprises’ supply chains.If enterprises want to achieve long-term and stable development in the construction market competition,they need to strengthen the construction and management of supply chains.The practice and research of the construction industry in supply chain management and integrated construction refer to the manufacturing industry,mainly because the manufacturing industry has a longer history of development and its theoretical system is more mature.Many advanced production and management concepts,such as supply chain management,just-in-time production,agile manufacturing and lean production,have been successfully tested in the innovation and practice of the manufacturing industry,and have helped enterprises win greater economic profits and social benefits.Supply chain integration is an important index to measure the degree of supply chain integration.By measuring the integration level of supply chain,enterprises can clearly understand the integration status of supply chain,find integration defects,and then take this as the auxiliary basis for enterprise strategic decision-making.However the temporary,disposable and immobility of the project makes the comparison of the construction industry in terms of manufacturing industry has a number of industry particularity,direct copying manufacturing supply chain integration evaluation model or system is difficult to fully embody the characteristics of construction industry,unable to meet the actual needs of the construction enterprise,its accuracy questionable,and at present for building the evaluation of enterprise supply chain integration research is relatively scarce.The construction supply chain can be divided into the following two types:one is the supply chain with engineering project as the core,and the other is the supply chain with enterprise as the core.The project-centered supply chain refers to the coordinated production system formed by the construction enterprise and many partners such as the owner,designer,supplier and subcontractor in the whole process of project construction,with the specific engineering project as the core.The enterprise-centered supply chain refers to the collaborative network formed between the core enterprises and other cooperative enterprises,among which the core enterprises are mainly construction units or construction enterprises.The research object of this study is the latter,namely the supply chain with construction enterprises as the core,to study the connection and coordination effect between construction enterprises and other cooperative enterprises.By building the evaluation of enterprise supply chain integration,can help to build enterprises to understand the level of integration of supply chain,identify problems,late clear enterprise development direction,to make more scientific strategic decision-making,help to build enterprise on the supply chain members to achieve long-term and stable cooperation,improve service quality,shorten the construction period,cost savings,and create more economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits.At the same time,the evaluation of supply chain integration of construction enterprises can promote rational division of labor and innovation of interactive business among partners,and create more positive factors for the development of the construction industry,which also responds to the national policy call of industrial structure upgrading and adjustment to a certain extent.Based on the analysis of the network,cooperation,attitude and other attributes of the construction enterprise supply chain as well as the characteristics of social network,this study constructsa network characteristic model of construction enterprises.Combining the commonness of construction industry and manufacturing industry and the particularity of construction industry,the evaluation model of construction enterprisesupply chainintegrationdegree is constructed,and identified four main measurement dimensions:integration breadth,integration intensity,integration coupling degree and integration following degree.The measurement methods of each dimension are determined by means of literature research,expert investigation,social network analysis,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the result evaluation system of irregular quadrilateral is established to achieve the goal of comprehensive evaluation of supply chain integration of construction enterprises.At the same time,this model is applied to the concrete construction enterprise supply chain for empirical analysis,the evaluation result of the construction enterprise supply chain integration is given,and the enterprise decision maker is invited to evaluate the satisfaction of the model,which verifies the utility of the model to a certain extent.In this study,social network is embedded into the supply chain of construction enterprises.By combining social network analysis technology,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,measurement and calculation methods suitable for each dimension are found,which expands the application scope of social network theory and enriches the thought of social network analysis.At the same time,this study makes a comparative analysis of the characteristics of the manufacturing industry and the construction industry,considers the commonness of the industry and the particularity of the construction industry,and proposes an evaluation model and result analysis system specially suitable for the integration of the supply chain of construction enterprises,which can promote the scientific practice and research of the construction industry.In addition,this study adheres to the principles of scientific simplicity,clear logic and strong operability when determining the main influencing factors and evaluation indexes,and constructs the evaluation system of irregular quadrilateral results,which all reflect the practical application value of this model. |
