Study On The Application Of Huizhou Regional Culture In The New Chinese Dining Space

Since the reform and opening up in the past 30 years,the economy has developed rapidly and the lifestyles of the Chinese people have changed,from advocating Western style to re-understanding and spiritual restart of Chinese tradition.Traditional Chinese architecture has been unable to keep up with the fast-paced development in China,and new Chinese architecture has emerged as the times require.New Chinese architecture is a brand-new point of view put forward by the reform and opening up,especially in the 1990 s.It uses new materials,new spaces,new structures,and new vocabulary to deconstruct and combine traditional Chinese design language with modern design techniques in modern architectural spaces.The reorganized new style is a new understanding of traditional styles in modern contemporary architecture.Therefore,as the inheritance and activation of Chinese culture,new Chinese architecture,how to reflect it in all aspects of life,make people realize the importance of promoting Chinese culture is worthy of discussion and thinking.This thesis starts from the proposal of new Chinese architecture,combined with the search of related materials,summarizes the origin and concept of new Chinese architecture,and compares the similarities and differences of new Chinese architecture with traditional Chinese architecture and Western modernist architecture in terms of spatial structure and manifestation.Analyze the reasons for its rise and admiration in contemporary China,and combine excellent actual cases at home and abroad to analyze how to abstract and simplify the new Chinese symbols to create a new Chinese dining space that is in line with modern Chinese life.At the same time,combined with the regional characteristics of Huizhou,the regional culture of Huizhou,as one of the three major regional cultures in China,is an important part of the traditional Chinese culture.It also focuses on the analysis of Huizhou’s landmark features such as the three Huizhou sculptures,horse head walls,and flower windows.Think about applying these elements to actual cases.Through field research,I learned about the regional characteristics of the private kitchen of the banquet,aiming at the problems of the private kitchen of the banquet,and taking the reconstruction design of the private kitchen of the banquet as an example,turning the abstract into concreteness,and extracting representative from Huizhou regional culture elements,apply these elements to the design.Secondly,from the aspects of color,decoration,layout,etc.,it is proposed to create a new Chinese-style dining space with Huizhou local characteristics in line with the Huizhou region,and make the banquet private kitchen restaurant become a local landmark building.Feeling the Huizhou culture during the meal,the Chinese culture brings people’s spiritual baptism,awakens people’s feelings of cultural inheritance,and at the same time brings people spiritual relaxation,reflecting the elegant life attitude of the Chinese people.This article starts from the concept of new Chinese architecture,and completes the design plan from the outside to the inside around the characteristics of the new Chinese and Huizhou regional culture.Finally,it summarizes the application prospects of Huizhou regional culture in the new Chinese dining space,provides feasibility and reference value for the related research of other regional cultures,and prospects the future development of the new Chinese dining space.
