With the innovation of geothermal energy exploration,development and utilization technology and the continuous improvement of geothermal energy equipment level,shallow geothermal utilization has been developed rapidly.Shallow geothermal development is divided into two forms: water source heat pump system and ground source heat pump system,and ground source heat pump is the main one.In recent years,the number and scale of ground source heat pump projects are growing rapidly,followed by the disconnection between technology and management.The technology has become mature,but the management lacks the guidance of scientific theory.The theory of project management has been developed and applied in all kinds of industries.Using scientific and reasonable project management theory to guide the construction process of the project can effectively improve the efficiency of the project.As an interdisciplinary subject of engineering management and HVAC,this paper studies the optimization of the construction process of buried pipe heat exchange system to provide the basis for guiding the actual project to shorten the construction period and reduce the cost,The research contents include:(1)Taking the ground source heat pump project of business building in Guanyun County of Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper analyzes the deficiencies of the current ground source heat pump project in quality management,schedule management and safety management from the aspects of organization,resource input and progress,and extracts the key path of the project,The earned value analysis method is used to compare the planned and actual situation of drilling construction and outdoor horizontal pipe connection construction.The results show that the actual construction progress of the buried pipe heat exchange system in the case project lags behind the planned progress by 24.3%,which is the main reason for the subsequent rush.(2)Taking the construction of outdoor heat exchange system of outdoor ground source heat pump project as the key research object,this paper studies the drilling construction and horizontal pipe connection construction process,creates the logical calculation formula to calculate the construction period,puts forward the process optimization strategy,and uses the visual characteristics of BIM Technology to simulate the optimized process to verify the feasibility of optimization,After optimization,the overall construction period is reduced by 22.8% ~ 24.2%,the equipment rental cost is reduced by 22.8% ~ 24.2%,and the labor cost is reduced by4.8%.(3)Based on the reasoning deduction,the paper analyzes the construction process of different underground pipe construction period,puts forward the process optimization strategy for different construction conditions,uses BIM Technology to simulate the optimization process,proves that there is no conflict of site use after process optimization,and proves the accuracy of the optimization strategy through logical reasoning method.Then,the schedule benefit and economic benefit of the optimized process are analyzed.The analysis results show that after the process optimization,the construction period is reduced,the proportion of equipment rental cost reduction is consistent with the proportion of construction period reduction,which is 19.3%,and the proportion of labor cost reduction is 9.2%.
