Large functional single building is an important carrier of scientific research,education and business center in big cities.Its multi-functional use and strong closeness can provide the whole process and multi-directional workplace for the enterprises and organizations whose main work is experiment,which has obvious advantages for the realization of the functional of such buildings.However,with the convenience at the same time,this kind of building is often crowded and closed,which brings greater challenges to its own safe operation and management.Building information technology BIM Technology has outstanding advantages in building safety management,which is suitable for the whole process of safety management of large-scale functional monomer building project.Its application in a large-scale functional monomer building safety information visualization project can effectively solve the problems existing in the safety management of this kind of large-scale functional monomer building at this stage.Safety information visualization technology will significantly improve the safe operation and management level of large-scale functional single buildings.It is also an important part of the intelligent construction site in the field of construction safety.Through the collaborative work of multiple sets of safety management systems,the intelligent construction site can effectively reduce the loss of personnel and property under dangerous conditions.This study takes a large-scale functional single building as the research object,points out the safety problems of large-scale functional single building at the present stage,and combined with the application of BIM Technology in the field of building safety,selects Autodesk Revit as the main visualization software,visio Studio as the development platform,to achieve the safety management of large-scale functional monomer building in the way of program language,to explore the safety information visualization of a large-scale functional monomer building based on BIM Technology,and to apply the constructed safety information visualization system to the intelligent construction site,so as to ensure the safety production and management of the intelligent construction site of a building project of a Machinery Co.,Ltd.in Inner Mongolia As follows:(1)Starting from the theory,this paper expounds the development status of BIM Technology in the field of building safety at home and abroad from two aspects of policy and research.Based on the characteristics of BIM Technology,such as visualization,simulation,coordination,optimization,graphing and information interaction,this paper analyzes the functions that BIM Technology can achieve in building safety management,and verifies the relationship between BIM Technology and large-scale building safety management through theoretical analysis The combination of functional single buildings can significantly improve the information level of safety management.(2)Taking a large-scale functional single building as an example,the paper points out the problems existing in the safety management of the building by means of questionnaire survey,such as the difficulty of routine safety inspection of equipment,the difficulty of equipment positioning,the outdated inspection record method,the different level of safety awareness of on-site personnel,and the insufficient supervision of safety management personnel.A BIM model of a large-scale functional single building is built according to the safety problems found The visual plug-in of safety information is designed and developed based on the safety management of equipment and key components in the building on the studio platform by using the program language.It realizes the functions of detector data integration,data comparative analysis,early warning under dangerous conditions,monitoring equipment scheduling,automatic generation of comprehensive list of safety information and so on.Through the practical analysis of the visual plug-in of safety information,the safety information is found The safety information visualization can effectively warn the safety management personnel in dangerous situations,and reduce the building safety risks and safety incidents.(3)Taking the building project of a Machinery Co.,Ltd.in Inner Mongolia as an example,the intelligent construction site platform is constructed.In addition,lumion software is used to build evacuation and escape roaming video under dangerous conditions to guide smart construction workers Through the questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation of the on-site safety management personnel,we found the problems existing in the smart construction site and improved them,which ensured the safety production and management of the smart construction site.
