Research On The Upgrading Design Of Xidazhuangke Village Under The Opportunity Of Winter Olympics

Xidazhuangke village is located in the mountainous area to the north of Yanqing.Most of the existing residential buildings were built in the 1990 s.The cultural protection value of the buildings is not very high.However,in the construction and transformation of xidazhuangke village for generations,the existing residential buildings inherit a lot of local architectural features and traditional construction techniques,and from a regional point of view,To a large extent,xidazhuangke village can reflect the style and features of northern mountainous villages.However,due to its special geographical location,its communication with the outside world is not very extensive,and the young and middle-aged population has lost a lot.The residential buildings in xidazhuangke village have been vacant or even damaged to a certain extent,and the traditional architectural style has been greatly damaged.Under the event opportunity of Beijing Yanqing District to organize "The XXIV Olympic Winter Games",The hardware facilities and soft resources in the surrounding areas will be greatly improved in a short time.Xidazhuangke village,which is close to the Yanqing competition area of the Winter Olympic Games,will undertake the responsibility in the Yanqing competition area of the Winter Olympic Games,so that tourists can enter the rural life during sightseeing or accommodation,experience the feelings and spirit,and further understand the countryside,The task of showing the characteristics of mountainous villages in northern China to the world.In order to seize the historic opportunity of the Winter Olympic Games,the transformation and upgrading of xidazhuangke village is imperative.In order to avoid the tragedy of "toppling and rebuilding" in most villages,the author tries to upgrade and reconstruct the original villages on the basis of retaining the original villages.How to coordinate the overall architectural style of the new part and the original part,organize the village functions and architectural structure during and after the games,and so on,become the focus of the design.The research content of this paper is from the perspective of architecture,based on the analysis and summary of the basic theory and advanced cases of rural reconstruction design at home and abroad,analyzes and summarizes the current situation of xidazhuangke village under the Winter Olympics opportunity,and puts forward the design scheme of upgrading and upgrading of xidazhuangke village from the overall planning and the architectural unit transformation design.The research content of this paper is mainly divided into five parts :The first part includes the first chapter,which is the preparation part of this paper.This paper mainly discusses the background of this study,the research object and content involved,and explains the related concepts and the development history of domestic rural reconstruction work and its course,introduces the research methods and research framework of this paper.The second part includes the second chapter,which summarizes the theoretical basis and common transformation methods.This paper sorts out the relevant theories of rural upgrading and transformation design at home and abroad,and summarizes the relevant domestic practice cases,summarizes the common transformation methods of rural upgrading and transformation in China,in order to provide reference for the transformation design of subsequent research.The third part includes the third chapter,in order to analyze the existing research results of xidazhuangke village and the impact of the Winter Olympics on xidazhuangke village.Starting from the existing architectural style,function and structure of xidazhuangke village,the existing problems are summarized;Through the analysis of the requirements for xidazhuangke village in the planning of Yanqing competition area of the Winter Olympic Games,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of xidazhuangke village,as well as the development opportunities and challenges of the external environment it needs to face,so as to grasp the overall situation and seek advantages and avoid disadvantages in the planning and design.The fourth part includes the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter,which puts forward some specific countermeasures for the text.Based on the investigation and analysis of xidazhuangke village,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures of upgrading xidazhuangke village from the perspective of overall planning and single building.The fourth chapter is the planning level,which mainly puts forward the upgrading positioning and objectives,transformation strategies and specific upgrading and Transformation Countermeasures of xidazhuangke village;The fifth chapter,based on the previous research,puts forward the Countermeasures for the reconstruction of xidazhuangke village from three aspects of building facade,building internal space function and building structure.The fifth part is the conclusion of this study.This paper describes the main research results and conclusions,and its shortcomings and future prospects are described.
