| The 14 th Five-Year Plan period is a critical period for a new round of global scientific and technological revolution from being ready for development to industrial competition,which will accelerate the reconstruction of the global innovation map and reshape the global economic structure.As a technology-intensive industry,power battery enterprises have to face the continuous reduction of government subsidies and the upgrading of the industry threshold,and at the same time,they have to deal with the strong attack of foreign leading enterprises.In order not to be eliminated by The Times,it is necessary to continue research and development innovation,master the core technology,and obtain the core competitiveness.Therefore,how to achieve maximum output with the lowest R&D investment has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the perspective of innovation value chain process,this paper constructs the R&D efficiency evaluation system of power battery industry,and takes CATL,the leading enterprise in this industry,as the research object.This paper analyzes the specific innovation modes in the stages of knowledge source,knowledge transformation and knowledge utilization,and comprehensively evaluates the innovation efficiency of CATL.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: in general,the R&D efficiency of CATL is relatively high,and internal R&D investment and external cooperative innovation are the keys to ensure high R&D efficiency.First,in the knowledge source stage,in addition to a large amount of internal research and development investment,CATL also obtains knowledge through external cooperation,which can not only balance risks,but also reduce the cost of knowledge acquisition for research and development,thus improving the efficiency of research and development.Second,the efficiency of knowledge transformation stage is a little low.Although the number of patent applications of CATL is increasing year by year,compared with the large-scale R&D investment,the R&D cost of each patent is also higher and higher,so the number of patent applications has a large room for growth.Through diversified layout,integration of upstream and downstream industrial chain,low-cost product research and development and other measures,it further reduces costs and costs,and is conducive to improve the efficiency of research and development.Third,in the knowledge utilization stage,CATL downstream of the market share,downstream discourse power,income generation,business reputation,market reacton etc performance is good,but because of the high strength in recent years,research and development money,personnel and production base expansion,increase the enterprise cash flow load,leading to poor profitability in the short term,but is still in the industry leading level,and have great growth potential in the long run.Based on the above research and conclusions,This paper draws the following enlightenment.Attach importance to core technology research and development and patent reserve;Establish the vertical integrated research and development mode;Expand business scope to seek new value-added points;Seize the core talents,increase the incentive intensity;Seek external cooperation to reduce R&D risks. |
