The rapid development of high-speed railways in my country has also brought about huge railway operation and maintenance problems.The high-speed trains run fast,the lines are mixed and the traffic density is high,which intensifies the vibration and impact between the wheel and the rail,accelerates the wheel and rail damage,and produces Safety of vehicle operation.Therefore,researches on high-speed railway wheel-rail wear problems are carried out,and the influence of the contact state and dynamic performance of different profile rails with high-speed rail wheels is compared,and the comprehensive performance of wheel-rail matching is analyzed,which is useful for adjusting the high-speed rail wheel repair cycle and prolonging the high-speed rail wheel.Service life and reducing the operating cost of high-speed trains are of far-reaching significance.This paper actually tracks and tests the wheel profile data of high-speed trains,summarizes the wear conditions of the wheel profiles,and studies the matching performance of the 60,60 D,and 60 N profile rails with the high-speed wheel profile;combined with the actual operation of the high-speed train,based on the existing rail profile The shape of the transition area is designed for the rail profile to achieve the purpose of optimizing the wheel-rail matching performance.The main work content and conclusions are as follows:(1)Use the wheel-rail profile measuring instrument to track and measure the wheel profile of one repair cycle of CRH3 EMU and the profile data of three types of rails,60,60 D,and 60 N.The analysis shows that the wheel profile wear speed increases with the increase of the running mileage;the 60 D rail and the 60 N rail are designed based on the 60 prototype,and the 60 N rail optimizes the original five-segment arc of the 60-track rail head into a seven-segment arc,While the 60 D rail is only optimized for the working side rail head.(2)Establish wheel-rail three-dimensional finite element elastoplastic models under different matching forms,and apply axle load,lateral displacement,wheel traction and other working conditions.The simulation result analysis shows that under the same matching conditions,the 60 N rail matches the wheel with an elliptical contact spot,and the contact spot area is the largest.At the same time,the contact spot area changes greatly with the increase of wheel wear;the maximum Mises stress value for the 60 N rail matching with the standard wheel is less than 60 and 60 D rails,but with the increase of wheel wear,the Mises stress value changes greatly,and the value exceeds 60,60 D rails.(3)Establish the wheel-rail system dynamics model,analyze the geometric relationship of different rail profiles on the train wheel-rail contact,train running stability,train vibration amplitude characteristics,wear number and other dynamic parameters,and analyze that 60 N rail is different from In the wear stage,many dynamic parameters of wheel matching are better and have good matching performance.The contact point is concentrated in the middle of the wheel,and the wheel-rail contact light zone is centered,which will cause the middle of the wheel to wear more.(4)Aiming at some shortcomings of high-speed rail wheels in actual operation under different rail profiles,and the transition area between 60 rail and 60 N rail,two rail profile schemes were designed and calculated and analyzed.(5)Comprehensive evaluation of the wheel-rail contact state and dynamic performance of the design scheme.It is believed that the second scheme can effectively reduce the increase of wheel-rail Mises stress with wheel wear and increase the contact area while ensuring the dynamic performance parameters.The area is more suitable for matching with the wheel profile in the wear stage,increasing the wheel repair cycle,and providing a reference for the rail profile design under the actual operating conditions of high-speed trains.
