High-speed railway is the main mode of operation in China,with the characteristics of strong conveying capacity,fast speed,good security and little influence by climate conditions,it is an economical and green mode of transportation.In the complex railway system,the wheel-rail relationship is the most fundamental problem,and the matching relationship of the wheel-rail geometry will directly affect the train operation performance,operation cost and operation safety.Therefore,in the many high-speed wheel-rail profiles in China,the research on the influence of the matching relation of several different wheel-rail profiles on the dynamic performance of the vehicle is systematically analyzed,which improves the dynamic performance of the vehicle,improves the running quality of the vehicle and improves the economic benefit of railway transportation.Will benefit is of great significance.In this paper,by matching the four wheel profiles(LMA,LMB,LMC and LMD)and the two rail profiles(CHN60 and CHN60N)stipulated in the new standard of our country.The influence of the high-speed wheel rail surface matching on the dynamic performance of the vehicle is analyzed.The results show that:The critical velocity of the four faces matched with the CHN60 N is about 14% higher than that of the CHN60.The contact width when matching with CHN60 is 1.7 times when matching with CHN60 N.The contact light band of CHN60 N is concentrated near the nominal rolling circle,which is not conducive to the uniform wear.As the four types of faces match with the CHN60 N,the maximum value of wheel pair transverse displacement increases9.25% on average,the mean square root increases 6.25% on average,and the probability of large displacement is greater.However,when matched with CHN60 N,the impact on the wheel-rail is small,and the transverse vibration characteristics of the wheel-pair are better.When the vehicle passes through the small radius curve with and without excitation,The maximum value of each index of the four faces matching the CHN60 is smaller than that of the CHN60 N.The small curve passing ability of CHN60 is better than that of CHN60 N.The difference of ability of large radius curve is not obvious.Therefore,the critical velocity increases when the four types of faces match the CHN60 N,the contact zone becomes narrower,and the probability of large displacement becomes larger;The small curve passing through ability reduces when four faces matching the CHN60 N,and the difference of the large curve passing through ability is not obvious.
