The plate-cone reticulated shell structure is a new type of spatial structure,which has the characteristics of reasonable mechanical performance,giving full play to the plank strength,convenient and quick construction process,etc.In addition,it is also a kind of building structure with good architectural performance,high structural safety grade and good technical and economic benefits.At present,FRP material has been widely used in the construction field with its advantages of light weight,high strength and corrosion resistance.Considering that the plate-cone reticulated shell structure is a new type of space structure,it has not been applied in China,and all kinds of FRP building plates are mainly used as decorative materials,and seldom used as load-bearing structures.In this paper,FRP sheet is used as web material in plate cone cylindrical reticulated shell structure.The ultimate bearing capacity and the whole process of failure of the conical reticulated shell structure model of glass steel plate are studied by experiments,which verifies the correctness of theoretical analysis and the reliability of the structure,and provides scientific basis for the practical application of the conical reticulated shell structure.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Establish the parametric model of glass plate conical cylindrical reticulated shell structure.Based on the overall shape characteristics of the conical cylindrical reticulated shell structure,a general parameter model of the conical cylindrical reticulated shell structure of the glass plate is established by APDL language in ANSYS,a large universal finite element software.On the basis of the parameterized model,all kinds of plate-cone-cylinder reticulated shells can be built only by modifying some control parameters.It greatly improves the efficiency of modeling pretreatment and lays a good foundation for the analysis of the conical cylindrical reticulated shell with FRP plates.(2)Finite element static analysis of the conical cylindrical reticulated shell with FRP plates.Applying vertical load and concentrated load on the model,the analysis of the components in load under the direction of maximum displacement,internal force and the model between the deformation of the overall summary of the stress and deformation characteristics,and through the simulation analysis of the theoretical data with the test results of comparing the measured data,analysis the reasons of the error.(3)Design of test model of FRP conical cylinder reticulated shell with and test of FRP properties.The 1/10 scale model was designed for the reticulated shell of glass fiber reinforced plastic plate and the connection mode of the upper chord node was optimized.In order to set the hook inside the cone by the way of mounting method,the connection mode of the upper chord node was optimized.In addition,the tensile test of FRP sheet was carried out to determine the density,elastic modulus and other properties of FRP sheet.(4)Static test and failure test are carried out on FRP conical cylinder reticulated shell in elastic range.The displacement and strain data of the model in the loading process were measured by the method of node loading in stages,and the node displacement,internal force of the component,the mode of force transmission and deformation of the model were analyzed.Hydraulic jacks and distribution beams were used to carry out failure tests on the three vertices of the middle cone of the model.The failure mode,crack location and crack development of the structural model were observed,and the failure process of the model was analyzed and summarized.(5)Compare and analyze the errors between the theoretical values of the finite element simulation results and the measured values of the experimental results,analyze the causes of the errors,and summarize the problems and test data in the experimental research process of FRP conical cylinder reticulated shell structure,so as to facilitate further research in the future.This paper summarizes the characteristics of static failure of FRP conical cylindrical reticulated shell structure,which provides a theoretical basis for the future application of this structure in the field of architecture in China.
