The rapid development of the national economy and the rapid increasing of the population have promoted rapid development of the aviation industry,and the rapid development of the aviation industry will lead to the increasingly serious environmental pollution problems.The development of bio aviation kerosene,which can replace fossil aviation kerosene,is great significance to China's current energy structural reform,oil security,the development of air transport industry,national economic construction,agricultural industrial structure adjustment and environmental protection.Raw material is the most critical step in the preparation of bio aviation kerosene,and waste oil is one of the best raw materials.Because of its complex composition,high impurity and high acid value,it must be pretreated before preparing bio aviation kerosene.The pretreatment of waste oil has become a prerequisite and prerequisite for the preparation of bio aviation kerosene.In the aspect of preparing bio aviation kerosene,this paper selects one step hydrogenation catalytic isomerization process.Therefore,in this paper,waste oil is used as raw material to prepare bio aviation kerosene by catalytic hydrogenation after catalytic treatment.In the study of waste oil pretreatment,the effects of the interaction of five factors,such as,MEA addition,temperature,water amount,reaction time and agitation speed,on the degumming effect were investigated.The main investigation of temperature in the study of the preparation of biological aero kerosene by one step hydrogenation catalytic isomerism The effects of experimental factors such as hydrogen/oil ratio and pressure on bio aviation kerosene were investigated.The main results of this paper are as follows:?1?the optimum technological conditions for degumming drainage oil:3%of heavy oil,stirring speed 400rpm/min,catalyst 1%,reaction time 30min,reaction temperature is 60?C,the process conditions of acid from 99.864 mg KOH/g down to1.11mg KOH/g;the optimum conditions for the esterification and acid reduction of waste oil are 2%of the molar ratio of alcohol,0.5%of the catalyst,the reaction time30min,and the reaction temperature is 60?C.By pretreating the decolorization of waste oil,the best decolorization rate of the experimental results was 2%,the reaction time is25min,the reaction temperature is 90?C,and the strong adsorption of 3%colored impurities on the active white clay was used to decolorizing.At the same time,the trench oil dehydration processing and the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the temperature of 90?C,the reaction time is 40min,the amount of catalyst 0.5%,catalyst dosage 1%,300rpm/min,stirring speed,drainage oil moisture content under this condition is reduced from 0.0069%,after drying can be used for the preparation of aviation biofuels.?2?The best reaction conditions for preparing aviation kerosene by one step hydrogenation of waste oil are:temperature 380??space velocity 1.2 h-1?hydrogen-oil ratio 1000?pressure 4 MPa.Under these conditions,the conversion rate of waste oil C8-C16 hydrocarbon selectivity and C8-C16 isomer selectivity is 98.32%,51.29%and 20.64%respectively.In summary,this article through to waste oil were studied to explore the best pretreatment,the pretreatment experiment,reaction conditions and preparation after pretreatment can be directly used for the raw material oil for preparation of aviation fuel,its purpose is to establish the foundation for the study on pre processing of raw material preparation of aviation biofuels.
