RV reducer has the advantages of small size,large transmission ratio,and good transmission performance,so it is widely used in high-precision transmission system fields such as CNC machine tools,robots,and intelligent manufacturing production lines.The operating performance of the RV reducer affects the performance of CNC machine tools,industrial robots,etc.Therefore,it is very necessary to monitor the transmission performance of the RV reducer in real time.To this end,by building a platform for RV reducer to monitor field equipment,remote monitoring and early warning,to provide remote workers with the transmission error curve of the RV reducer working status,so as to realize real-time monitoring of the working performance of CNC machine tools,industrial robots,etc.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:Based on the analysis of the requirements of the RV reducer remote monitoring and early warning system,the overall structure of the remote monitoring and early warning system is designed.The client/server model is used to realize remote transmission and status monitoring of RV reducer data.Using the transfer function of the cloud server database,through the Socket technology,Lab SQL database access technology,SQL Toolkit database connection technology,and Data Socket technology,users can obtain the operating data of the RV reducer when the computer is connected to the Internet to realize the working status of the RV reducer monitor.Set up the RV reducer signal acquisition experiment platform at the signal acquisition end to realize the data acquisition of the RV reducer.The signal acquisition terminal establishes a connection with the cloud server through the TCP protocol.The signal acquisition terminal transmits the collected data to the cloud server database remotely through Lab SQL database access technology,SQL Toolkit database connection technology,and Data Socket technology.The signal acquisition terminal manages the cloud server database.Determine the specific selection of the cloud server,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different databases,and select the SQL Server database according to the situation of the system.Design the signal acquisition end processing module and the remote monitoring end processing module,use Socket to realize the communication between the cloud server end and the signal acquisition end and the remote monitoring end,and store the data uploaded by the signal acquisition end to the cloud server end.Design the remote monitoring terminal of RV reducer.The remote monitoring terminal uses Socket to communicate with the cloud server.Lab SQL database access technology and SQL Toolkit database connection technology respectively download the RV reducer data stored in the cloud server database,and store and analyze the downloaded data through Lab VIEW software programming.Design a vibration signal analysis and early warning system based on Lab VIEW,including time-domain dimensional parameter analysis and non-dimensional parameter analysis,frequency domain Fourier transform analysis and amplitude spectrum analysis.By analyzing the generated simulation vibration signal,the effectiveness of the Lab VIEW-based vibration signal analysis and early warning system is verified. |
