The unique regional and climatic characteristics of the southern Xinjiang region have formed a special type of agriculture.In order to make full use of the agricultural and forestry biomass resources in southern Xinjiang,this topic investigates the biomass resources in various regions of southern Xinjiang and grasps the distribution of biomass resources.And the utilization situation,collected the most widely planted fruit tree stub samples in various regions of southern Xinjiang,and used relevant physical and chemical test methods to detect the pH value,electrical conductivity,and industrial analysis composition(moisture,volatile matter,Comparison of ash content and fixed carbon),lignocellulosic components(cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin)and elemental analysis composition(N,C,H and O elements)content,using near-infrared spectroscopy technology and stoichiometry The combined method completes the rapid detection of various indicators of fruit tree stump samples through data processing and model establishment,and provides a reliable theoretical basis for the utilization of biomass resources in southern Xinjiang.The specific research content and conclusions are as follows:Through literature research method,field investigation method,questionnaire survey method,etc.,the amount,distribution and utilization status of agricultural and forestry biomass resources in various regions of southern Xinjiang are investigated and analyzed.The results show that the biomass resources in southern Xinjiang have the advantages of rich sources,multiple types,and wide distribution,but there are serious waste,single use forms,high collection and transportation costs,large differences in the amount and types of biomass resources in various regions,and industrialization.Low-level issues.The efficient and reasonable utilization of biomass resources in southern Xinjiang requires the government,scientific research units,enterprises and farmers to form a joint effort to establish a deep integration of industry,university and research technology innovation system,and jointly explore an industrial model suitable for southern Xinjiang.The physicochemical test method was used to detect the residual branches of 150 fruit trees(red jujube,walnut,fragrant pear,apricot,and apple)collected from various regions in southern Xinjiang,and compared their fiber types and shapes.Structure,pH,conductivity,moisture,volatile matter,ash,fixed carbon,cellulose,hemicellulose,lignin,C element,H element,N element and O oxygen element.The research on the basic characteristics of the biomass of fruit tree stumps in southern Xinjiang fills in the lack of basic data for the utilization of biomass resources,and provides an important basis for the diversity of biomass resources utilization in southern Xinjiang.The Mahalanobis distance method(MD)is used to eliminate abnormal spectral samples,the concentration residual method is used to identify the abnormal values in the chemical value samples,and the SPXY method is used to remove the abnormal samples according to the calibration set and the verification set(about 3:1)Divide,use different preprocessing methods to preprocess the original spectrum data of fruit tree stumps,and establish the optimal near-infrared detection model by selecting characteristic bands.Finally established the quantitative detection of 13 indicators of pH,conductivity,moisture,volatile matter,ash,fixed carbon,cellulose,hemicellulose,lignin,N element,C element,H element and O element of the residual branches of fruit trees.The model,as reflected from the evaluation results,except for the poor prediction effect of the conductivity detection model,the prediction effects of other detection models are relatively stable indicating that near-infrared spectroscopy technology can achieve rapid quantitative detection of various indicators of fruit tree residues in southern Xinjiang.In summary,the utilization methods of biomass resources in southern Xinjiang are relatively primitive and backward,and scientific and reasonable utilization methods can accelerate the development of the biomass resource utilization industry in southern Xinjiang,and are also the most critical factor in promoting farmers’ income and reducing environmental pollution.
