With the implementation of major decisions and arrangements of transportation power,highway construction is in the best historical opportunity period.As one of the indispensable materials for high-grade road construction,petroleum asphalt has a huge market demand.At present,the domestic asphalt market is a mixture of various international and domestic asphalt brands with fierce competition.Therefore,it is very important to quickly test the quality of asphalt and ensure the quality of asphalt.Based on infrared spectroscopy technology,this paper is devoted to the research of asphalt quality rapid detection method.By analyzing the test method,repeatability test error,reproducibility test error and noise level of the standard sample of matrix asphalt,the feasibility of infrared spectroscopy for asphalt quality control is analyzed.Based on the infrared spectroscopy technology,this paper determined the rapid test method of asphalt by collecting the common asphalt brand samples at home and abroad,established the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of matrix asphalt,modified asphalt,and incorporated the infrared spectrum of standard asphalt samples into the spectrum library.On this basis,the research results have been applied to the solid project on the basis of the expressway under construction,the on-site asphalt quality has been analyzed in real time,and the quality has been appraised,the effective evaluation of asphalt similarity and modified asphalt SBS content has been realized,and good social and economic benefits have been obtained.The results show that: through a large number of data analysis,the test method based on infrared spectrum technology to quickly detect asphalt quality is standardized,and the existing brand asphalt infrared spectrum standard map database is established.Based on solid engineering,a method for the determination of SBS content in modified asphalt was established,and the content of SBS modifier in modified asphalt could be quantitatively calibrated.At the same time,the relationship between macro and micro properties of asphalt with different aging degrees was established,and the aging degree of asphalt was judged by the absorption peak position,area,peak strength and other parameters of infrared spectrum.
