Based on the quality requirement of standard parts of precast wallboard in Hebei Province,this paper studies the integral performance and ASEISMIC performance of precast wallboard structure,and puts forward an economical and practical low-rise assembled wallboard structure system.In order to study the effect of Wall thickness and shear-span ratio on seismic behavior of precast wall slab,quasi-static tests were carried out on low-rise precast wall and cast-in-situ wall to observe the whole failure process of all walls,the stress and strain of precast wallboard and cast-in-place wallboard were compared to analyze their ASEISMIC and overall performance.On the basis of the test results and numerical simulation,the mechanical model of low-rise precast wall-slab structure is established by combining the structure and structural mechanics,and the balance differential equation is constructed,according to the boundary conditions,the load distribution ratio of precast wall slab and cast-in-place restraint member is determined,and the characteristic stiffness coefficient is determined.Finally,the seismic requirements of low-rise building with precast wallboard and the layout of restrained members are expounded,and the seismic analysis of low-rise building with precast wallboard is carried out,the glass bead-sand cushion vibration isolation system is used to weaken the connection between the wallboard structure and the foundation.Finally,the applicability and effectiveness of the Glass bead-sand cushion isolation system to the low-rise precast shear wall structure are verified by the shaking table test simulated by finite element software,the simulation results show that the vibration isolation system has a good damping effect on the low-rise precast wall-slab structure.
