Improve the living standards of residents,improve energy efficiency,and fundamentally solve the thermal environment of the building system.This is not only related to the long-term development of society,but also the demand of promoting the technological progress of the residential industry and improving the living environment of ordinary people's dwelling houses.Therefore,the improvement of building energy-saving structural forms,the progress of new building energy-saving technologies and the promotion and use have become the current projects in the field of energy saving in the construction industry.Building system of CL has more than 20 years of history to research,the earliest Shijiazhuang Jingda Co.,Ltd.Development,the Ministry of Construction received a special research funding support.The application of CL composite shear wall and common indoor shear wall is thinner than the traditional masonry structure wall,which can increase the actual area.Applicable to a variety of thermal design partition of different seismic levels of civil buildings and more vertical and horizontal wall of public buildings.In this thesis,the finite element software is used to establish the model,carry out the finite element analysis,reasonably arrange the wall structural elements and the boundary conditions and mechanical properties.Draw lessons from the practical application of CL wall,through the destructive effect of the wall of the building under the action of the earthquake,put forward the improvement method of the earthquake resistance of the structure.The main content of the following aspects:(1)Using finite element software,combined with the actual stress of CL wall,nonlinear finite element analysis of the model,select the appropriate simulation unit to simulate the mechanical properties of the structure,the boundary conditions and load distribution,the wall as a building exterior wall Stress distribution and deformation characteristics,load performance during loading.(2)The unilateral force model of CL wall and the internal and external force model of CL wall were established to investigate the mechanical properties and stress deformation of two wall models under static load.Then,the structural model was simulated by low-cycle cyclic loading test to obtain the hysteresis curve and skeleton curve of the wall model.By comparing the simulation results of the model,it is considered that the internal and external wallboards can exert the seismic performance of the CL wallboard even more considering the common forces,and have better performance for biasing,bending,bending and bending.(3)Take the example of building a new 11-storey dormitory building in a new company,the shear,displacement and angular displacement of ordinary concrete shear wall structure under the action of structural earthquake are studied.Then,the external load-bearing shear walls in the building model in this project are all replaced by CL composite shear walls.The basic project remains unchanged and the interlayer displacement and angular displacement under earthquake action are analyzed.Comparing the analytical data of the CL shear wall structural model with the seismic performance of the ordinary shear wall structure,it is verified that the CL shear wall structural system has better seismic performance in areas with a seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees.
