Research On Elastic Space Design Of Library

Libraries should make changes in keeping with the times,change the traditional library design and still tend to the traditional design model,based on the design of static space that highlights the main functions of book collection and borrowing,inject the concept of flexible space into the design of the traditional library more rationally In the case of a single construction mode of the indoor space form,the flexible adjustment of the space and the extension of the space make the library meet the future space needs.Based on the research on the flexibility and flexible design of contemporary library space,and on the basis of fully considering the functional practicability and the sustainable development of the space in the future,this research points out the flexibility,ambiguity,and inclusiveness of the flexible space in the library interior.And growth of information characteristics.Summarize the flexible library space design method,namely modularization,redundancy,replaceability and other comprehensive methods.Combining with the design practice of the library in Hulan District,Harbin,it sums up the expression forms in the indoor space and the flexible design strategy applied to the library space,in order to provide reference and thinking for the current and future library space design.The conclusions of this research are as follows: flexible space as a critical tool to stimulate new experience of library architecture;flexible space library is a social translation of library architecture;flexible space library design focuses on strategic overall design thinking.
