The constituent materials of the air-blended mixed lightweight soil mainly include four categories.In addition to the more commonly used cement and water,it also contains air bubbles and admixtures.Air-blended mixed lightweight soil is a kind of microporous material,so it has advantages such as light weight,high compressive strength,low water permeability,and thermal insulation.Because of its advantages,it can be used for road widening,soft soil roadbed load reduction,underground structure load reduction,bridge span reduction,abutment backfilling,tunnel cavity filling,and frozen soil subgrade heat insulation.In order to solve the technical problems in the upgrading and reconstruction of mountain roads,and to explore the applicability of the bubble-mixed lightweight soil technology in the widening project of the steep terrain embankment of mountain roads,this paper relies on the reconstruction of the Batang Zhubalong to Derong Erlong Bridge Highway of National Highway 215 In the project,a series of researches have been carried out on the air-bubble mixed lightweight soil through indoor tests,numerical simulation,construction control,economic comparison,and settlement and displacement observation.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Carry out indoor experiments to study the influence of air bubble content and cement on the strength characteristics,compression deformation characteristics,fluidity and bulk density of air bubble mixed lightweight soil.The fluidity of light soil increases with the increase of bubble content,the bulk density decreases with the increase of bubble content,and the compressive strength decreases with the increase of bubble content.The compressive strength of light soil increases with the increase of cement grade and cement content.Obtain the mix ratio parameters applicable to the project.2.Use the FLAC2 d finite difference software to establish a numerical model to simulate the light-weight soil embankment to different heights,analyze its force and deformation under its own weight,and finally apply a road load and analyze its deformation and force state.It is concluded that the settlement of the upper right corner of the lightweight soil embankment is the largest at different heights,and the settlement on the left is small.The lower right corner has the largest stress value,and the farther it is from the lower right corner,the smaller the stress value.After the equivalent load on the road surface is applied,the horizontal displacement is the largest at the top of the right side,and the vertical displacement is the largest at the top of the right side.The light soil is in the elastic deformation stage without damage.3.By summarizing the construction process of the bubble mixed lightweight soil,it is concluded that the construction method of the lightweight soil subgrade in the steep terrain embankment widening project of the mountain road,the construction measures of the special section,the common problems in the construction,the preventive measures and the construction quality Control parameters and methods.The construction treatment measures and filling requirements are provided for steep sections,alternate dry and wet sections,and long-term flooded sections.4.Through the technical and economic efficiency,land use index control,environmental impact comparative analysis and settlement monitoring analysis of the bubble mixed lightweight soil in the steep terrain embankment widening project of mountain roads,it is concluded that the light soil method is more traditional in the mountain steep road section.The slab shoulder wall and bridge widening construction methods have economic advantages.The light-weight geotechnical method has the smallest land occupancy and optimal control of land use indicators.Lightweight soil has certain advantages over traditional techniques in terms of ecological environment,acoustic environment,atmospheric environment,water environment,and construction impact of solid waste in the widening and reconstruction of mountain roads.Settlement monitoring analysis shows that the bubble-mixed lightweight soil embankment has the characteristics of high overall stability of the roadbed,small post-construction settlement,and uniform deformation of the new and old roadbeds,and the actual application effect is good. |
