Foamed Cement Banking (FCB) embankment are highly charged with fly ashadmixture, much of them is industrial waste with the same property of light soil. As agreat substitute for part of light soil, it's low-budget and good in workability whichcan reduce the hydration, internal and surface cracks of construction, but also plays animportant role in enhancing overall quality and intensity of new type of lightweightvertical embankment and facilitating the use of renewable resources. FCB enjoysobvious economic advantages in technology popularization which are the shortcomingof light soil in this area. In other words, these are the development of FCBtechnology.This paper deals with the study of the highway is being built on soft earthfoundation with the use of New type of lightweight vertical embankment, and themain contents are analyzed through a series of lab test and outdoor monitoring includethe following:(1)The experiments use orthogonality design and study the significance effectson intensity factor of FCB, the formula is Optimized to control costs and identify themix proportions of construction standards.(2)By using the systematic and periodic engineering quality control onpre-event, on-event and post-event Control, discuss the quality control of New type oflightweight vertical embankment in highway during construction. Establish thequality control system, and make sure the main indexes, Humidity, density. Flowvalue and defoaming rate can meet the design requirements through the whole processcontrol.(3)Combine the project instance for designing New type of lightweight verticalembankment section and calculate the replacement depth of light soil by the principleof displacement, if the calculation of post-construction settlement and stability factormeet requirements of engineering project, then Calculate the resistance to float at thesame time.(4)Select both sections of subgrade and back filling area and carry outmonitoring on settlement and soil pressure, when Monitoring results show that thetotal Settlement are of less pressure as the subgrade and back filling area, ifsettlement deformation is equal or very nearly equal to elastic deformation. these isno need to deal with the soft clay groundwork. |
