With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in China,ground transportation has been unable to meet the needs of public transportation,and the urban rail transportation system has largely solved the problem of traffic congestion.As one of the typical systems of urban rail transit,the suspended monorail has the characteristics of low interference to ground traffic,low noise,high integration,low cost,strong climbing ability,and comfortable riding.The current suspension monorail has problems such as poor heat dissipation of the tires,complicated bogie structure,and heavy rail beam weight.In order to solve the problems of the current suspended monorail,this paper proposes a design scheme of a new suspended monorail vehicle based on the I-shaped track beam structure,and studies the vehicle dynamics performance and parameter optimization around it.The main research contents and results are as follows :(1)Based on the analysis of the current structure of the suspended monorail vehicle,combined with the structural characteristics of the I-beam,a new vehicle bogie structure scheme was proposed,a three-dimensional CAD model of the bogie was established,and the peers carried out the vehicle frame,running and guidance system,central The structural analysis of the suspension and suspension mechanism determines the main parameters of the new suspension monorail vehicle.(2)Based on the analysis of the driving mechanism of the vehicle and the power transmission paths in the vertical,longitudinal and lateral directions of the vehicle,a new topological model of the suspended monorail vehicle is established,combining vehicle dynamics parameters and track beam parameters,using multi-body power Established a new suspended monorail vehicle dynamics simulation analysis model.(3)With reference to GB5599-85 "Railway Vehicle Dynamics Performance Evaluation and Test Appraisal Standards" and domestic and foreign literatures,combined with the structural characteristics of suspended monorail vehicles,the study proposed dynamic performance evaluation indicators that are compatible with suspended monorail vehicles.Analysis of curve passing,running stability and riding comfort.The analysis found that the new suspension monorail vehicle has good curve passing,smooth running and riding comfort.(4)The sensitivity analysis method was used to perform a significant analysis of the dynamic parameters of the new suspended monorail vehicle,and the vehicle dynamic parameters that significantly affected the wheel load reduction rate and steering torque were selected.The analysis found that the vertical stiffness of the running wheel,the radial damping of the guide wheel,the vertical stiffness of the air spring and the vertical damping of the running wheel are the main factors affecting the weight reduction rate and the steering torque of the vehicle wheel.(5)Through the joint simulation of the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS and the multi-objective optimization software mode FRONTIER,the multi-objective parameters of the new suspension monorail vehicle’s wheel load shedding rate and steering torque are optimized to obtain better dynamic parameters.The analysis results show that the optimized wheel load reduction rate and steering torque are reduced compared with before optimization,which improves the vehicle’s dynamic performance. |
