The suspended monorail train is a kind of rail transport vehicle whose body is suspended below the box track beam and whose carrying function is realized by connecting the bogie device above the body.Because of its unique structure and operation mode,the suspended monorail train has a wide application prospect at home and abroad.In this paper,a suspended monorail train with single carriage marshalling is designed,and a simulation model of the suspended monorail train is established based on ADAMS software.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the structure characteristics and technical parameters of monorail suspension bogie were introduced.According to the field operating environment,the curved section radius of the track beam of the monorail suspended train was determined,and the Solidworks software was used to complete the overall model assembly.Secondly,the topology diagram of the dynamics model of the suspended monorail train is obtained through analysis,and the dynamics simulation model of the suspended monorail train with 15 degrees of freedom was established.Referring to the characteristics of railway track irregularity,the paper puts forward the excitation of track road irregularity suitable for the suspension monorail system,thus obtains the dynamic property files of the road surface and tires,and completes the dynamic simulation coupling model of the suspension monorail system.The dynamics parameters of the suspended monorail were optimized by using the control variable method.Finally,the quality performance of the monorail dynamics model with optimized parameters was evaluated.The analysis results show that the performance indexes of the monorail train meet the standard requirements within the curvilinear speed limit.According to TB/ t1335-1996 standard,the influence of running speed on the curve passing performance under different wind speed conditions was analyzed,and the results showed that the curve could be safely driven when the wind speed was below grade 8.Using ANSYS Workbench finite element software,the finite element model of steering frame was established.Through the structural static analysis of four limit working conditions,the maximum Mises stress of the frame under the second working condition was determined,and the strength of the steering frame under this working condition was checked.The research results of this paper can providereference for the design of the same type of suspended rail train.
