| Road wave guardrail is an important part of road traffic safety facilities,which has been paid great attention by traffic managers and many scholars for a long time.However,the research on wave guardrail mainly focuses on the protection performance and guardrail structure,and lacks the research on the ability of guardrail to actively detect traffic accidents.In order to realize the function of wave guardrail to detect road traffic accidents,this paper studies and designs the collision detection system of wave guardrail from the perspective of intelligent transportation with the help of communication,electronic sensor,automatic control,computer and other technologies.According to the method of guardrail collision detection,the system takes the wave guardrail stress sensor as the core to realize the function of real-time detection of the wave guardrail collision accident and real-time monitoring of the accident scene.According to the characteristics of wave guardrail crash,this paper determines the system architecture and technical scheme,and proposes the detection method and sensor design of wave guardrail crash.Wave guardrail stress sensor is a sensor which combines wave guardrail stress sensing unit,signal regulating circuit and unprocessed device with digital bus interface as a whole.According to the overall planning of the system,this paper mainly focuses on collision detection technology,system software and hardware.Using ABAQUS software to simulate the collision of vehicles,guardrails and sensor nodes,the paper concludes that the traditional sensors are not suitable for the detection of road guardrail collision accidents,and verifies the feasibility of graphite rod as sensor node.The main controller chip stm32f1 is the core of the wave barrier crash detection system to achieve hardware functions.The system uses spring boot framework and Java language for software function design.Through the visual operation interface of web browser and My SQL database,build the alarm platform of wave guardrail collision accident.The whole platform is divided into user authority management module,database module and collision accident alarm module.After the combination of software and hardware and the production of the system prototype,the sensor and the overall function test,the system works stably and meets the design requirements.The research result of this paper is "the detection system of highway wave guardrail collision accident" which is applied to K16 + 320 ~ K16 + 420 section of national highway G552 in Ceheng county and Wangmo County,Guizhou Province.The road has the characteristics of long downhill,steep slope sharp turn and narrow road.According to the application requirements,the prototype test and system layout scheme design are completed to realize the real-time detection and alarm function of the wave guardrail collision accident.Finally,a brief conclusion is made on the research and application of the system,and suggestions are put forward for the improvement and follow-up work of the system. |
