Intrusion Detection Of Collision Sensor System Based On Acoustic Wave

As an important sensor in automobile safety system,collision sensor is of great significance to the current environment acceleration detection in the field of automobile safety.In this paper,the reliability of the collision sensor data is tested and analyzed.Based on a large amount of relevant domestic and foreign references,this paper constructs the structural dynamics modeling of the collision sensor,designs the collision sensor test system to realize the functions of data detection and analysis,over threshold alarm and so on,and then uses the experiments to test the intrusion effect of the acoustic wave to the collision sensor.Detailed information is as below:Firstly,the structure principle of the MEMS accelerometer is analyzed,the model of the collision sensor is simplified and the mechanical equations of the collision sensor shell are built,and the dynamic equations of the mass are deduced to provide a theoretical reference for comprehending the accelerometer measurement.The attenuation and counteraction formula of acoustic wave is deduced,which makes intrusion effect of the impact sensor more effective.Secondly,on the basis of the theoretical theory of accelerometer measurement,the purpose of system realization is analyzed,the function of system is designed in detail,and the database table in the system is introduced.The construction process of the system is summarized,and a series of problems encountered in the construction process are analyzed.Then the realization of the system software is elaborated including the realization of the data analysis module,alarm module and display interface.Finally,on the basis of the constructed system,the ADXL345 accelerometer is experimentally tested to verify the interference effect of the accelerometer.After that,the reliability of the collision sensor was tested by multi-device,multi-frequency,multi-directional and different modulation sound to evaluate the safety of the vehicle collision sensor.
