At present,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of overall national strength,the construction of expressways in our country is growing faster and faster,and the area covered by expressways is becoming wider and wider.However,due to the rapid development of expressway construction,The ecological and environmental problems caused by it are also becoming more and more serious.With the popularization of the concept of sustainable development highway construction in China,people have paid more and more attention to the issue of ecological environment protection.The green construction of expressways has attracted people’s attention and attention along with these increasing concerns.It is hoped that through the concept of highway green construction,the problems between China’s highway construction and development and natural ecological environmental protection can be well coordinated,and the problems of environmental pollution caused by the highway construction and construction process can be minimized as much as possible.Reducing the pollution and destruction of local forest vegetation provides a theoretical and practical basis for the integration and sustainable development strategy of China’s highway engineering construction.Under the premise of green construction of highway engineering,the choice of abandoned vermiculite pretreatment station and material transportation path is the key to whether the construction can proceed normally.In this paper,the site selection of the waste rock pretreatment station in the green construction project of the highway engineering is combined with the selection of the material transportation path,and the relevant knowledge of the location selection of the facilities in the logistics system and the optimization of the vehicle path are used to learn the waste rock in the green construction of the highway Pre-process the depots and material transportation paths for reasonable site layout and optimization selection;through reasonable depot site layout and transportation path optimization selection,improve the production level of highway engineering green construction projects,reduce highway engineering construction production costs,increase Economic benefits of highway engineering,while minimizing the occupation of cultivated land around the project and reducing the adverse impact on the ecological environment.First,the capacity problems in the pretreatment yards are summarized,the principle of capacity determination is analyzed,and the capacity model of the pretreatment yards under the green construction conditions of highway engineering is determined.After the capacity model of the pretreatment yards is determined,The logistics cost of the pre-processing station was analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two different site selection models were analyzed and compared.Combined with the characteristics of green construction of highway engineering projects,a pre-covering project covering the maximum demand and the lowest site selection and transportation costs was established.The multi-object location model of the station is processed and solved by genetic algorithm.Secondly,on the basis of determining the capacity and location of the pre-processing station,the premise and foundation of the optimal selection of the transportation path were analyzed,and the factors affecting the path under the green construction of the highway project,the materials in the highway project Analysis of the flow direction and the grade of transportation roads in highway engineering;combined with the analysis and calculation of the transit time of materials under the green construction conditions of highway engineering,the optimal selection model of transportation routes under the green construction conditions of highway engineering was established,and particle swarm was adopted Algorithm to solve.Finally,the established pre-treatment site selection model and transportation path model are applied to specific cases,and the parameters are reasonably set through field investigation;the corresponding optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem.It is feasible to apply the corresponding model to actual engineering,which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the model.
