Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s travel needs are becoming more and more frequent,and the styles are becoming more and more diverse.Highway travel has become a main way.Since the reform and opening up,the expressway construction has also entered the fast lane.A large number of expressways have been built in China,the mileage of high-speed traffic has increased dramatically,and the traffic flow continues to climb,which has resulted in the increasing disease of the expressway road,at the same time,it has caused great pressure on the pavement maintenance and maintenance of the high-speed company.How to carry out scientific and standardized maintenance planning for the completed expressway has become the focus of scholars’ attention.Firstly,this paper takes S24 Shaozhu expressway as the project background,compares the differences between domestic and foreign expressway maintenance planning,leads to the research background and significance,and determines the research content and method.Secondly,the paper investigates the current situation,development history and traffic volume of Shaozhu expressway,focuses on the in-depth analysis of on-site inspection data,combined with core drilling sampling and other means to accurately evaluate the current situation and development trend of the road over the years,and in-depth analysis of the causes of pavement diseases.At present,Shaozhu expressway has been completed and opened to traffic for more than eight years,which is in the middle of the design life of the pavement.After in-depth analysis and evaluation of the overall situation of the pavement,it shows that the overall pavement performance of Shaozhu expressway is good,and the average values of PCI value,RQI value and RDI value are above 92,94 and 87 respectively.The cumulative equivalent axle number of the design life of the main section will reach the design axle load in 2022.Then,under the maintenance form of the state and Zhejiang Province,this paper analyzes the maintenance demand of Shaozhu expressway,and puts forward the maintenance planning goal combined with the current situation of the road.Under the demand of maintenance demand and planning goal,drawing on the advanced experience at home and abroad,a scientific maintenance decision-making system is established and a maintenance decision-making method suitable for Shaozhu expressway is formulated.Finally,on the premise of analyzing the decay law of service performance over the years,the prediction model of service performance of Shaozhu expressway is constructed.Based on the prediction result of service performance per kilometer and the maintenance standard set,the maintenance section and maintenance opportunity are preliminarily determined.Through evaluation and analysis of the implementation effect and performance decay law of different maintenance measures of the previous project road,the cost-benefit ratio analysis method is adopted to improve The maintenance measures suitable for the project road are proposed.On this basis,several reasonable maintenance schemes in the next five years are preliminarily proposed.Through the comparison and selection of life cycle analysis methods,the optimal maintenance planning scheme is determined,including specific maintenance time,maintenance road section,maintenance scheme,maintenance fund arrangement,etc.The research results of this paper have practical guiding significance for the pavement maintenance planning of Shaozhu expressway,and also provide reference for the pavement maintenance planning of other expressways at home and abroad.
