The Qiongzhou Strait,as the geographical boundary between Hainan Province and Guangdong Province, connects the waters outside the Pearl River Estuary and Beibu Gulf.Strait Co.,Ltd.ships are the main means of transportation across the sea.Safety issues cannot be underestimated. The ship’s carbon dioxide system is also an important fire protection system on board. To ensure the safety of the carbon dioxide system is of great significance to the safety of ships and navigation.A ship is a complex structure with a lot of combustible materials such as cargo and fuel oil, which makes the ship fire accidents more frequent and will cause significant losses. All ships must be equipped with corresponding fire safety equipment and fire extinguishing systems according to the marine life safety conventions and international fire safety regulations. The marine fixed carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system can be applied to offshore platforms, ship engine rooms, pump rooms and other occasions, and its high fire extinguishing performance,It has no destructive effect on atmospheric ozone layer, good insulation effect, and does not pollute cargo and cabins during firefighting. It is an ideal marine fire extinguishing equipment. The ship’s two fixed carbon oxide system can work normally at any time to ensure the safe navigation of the ship, the safety of the ship and personal An important part of this is that in recent years, due to a number of safety accidents in the ship ’s carbon dioxide system,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on its safety issues. This article selects the ship’s carbon dioxide system as the research object.According to the possible risk factors of the ship’s carbon dioxide system, the safety of the system is analyzed and studied using the comprehensive safety assessment method.According to the four "man-machine-management-environment" from the safety system engineering theory Analytical methods are used to conduct a comprehensive safety assessment of the ship ’s fixed carbon dioxide system, and the analytic hierarchy process is used to stratify the carbon dioxide system.By consulting the literature and applying the expert survey method to the project during the internship in Haikou, the Maritime Safety Administration and the classification society Experts, crew, and company management surveyed to obtain more realistic research data, combined with the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the factors, establish a ship carbon dioxide safety assessment system, and use this system to adopt risk identification-risk assessment-decision-making recommendations These three processes are used to calculate the actual ship "Xinhai 12" owned by Hainan Straits Co.,Ltd.,and establish the degree of membership of each indicator through the fuzzy evaluation mathematical model. Finally, the scores of each indicator are determined by the established review set to determine the membership of each factor Degrees, last According to the final evaluation of the results given policy recommendations, and computer-aided design computing systems. The research in this article is the first attempt to apply the comprehensive safety assessment method to the ship’s carbon dioxide system, and it can provide a basis for a more comprehensive assessment of the ship’s carbon dioxide system safety in the future.
