"Made in China 2025" sets standards for green manufacturing.However,existing asphalt mixing plants emit the “three wastes” that are not up to the standards.Moreover,these plants cannot achieve the green production of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP).Thus,the asphalt mixing plants have to transform into a RAP recycling plant with clean,intelligence,and recyclability.China owns many mountainous regions and the development strategy of the cities in these regions is significant.Besides,the topography of the mountainous regions influences the layout plan of the factory.Ensuring the product quality,the construction cost,the logistics cost,and the negative environmental impacts can be reduced through the rationalization of the plant layout.Also,the production efficiency of the plant can be improved.Thus,from the perspective of green production,the layout planning and evaluation of the RAP recycling plant in the mountainous terrain areas were studied,which has significant economic and social benefits.First of all,the drawbacks of the current production methods of asphalt mixtures were summarized.The main contents of the green production of RAP recycling plants were proposed from the aspects of green input,production process,and environmental protection measures.Secondly,through the SLP method,the functional area of the RAP recycling plant was divided,located,and analyzed to obtain the relative position of each functional area.Thirdly,the cluster analysis method was employed to set the overall functional area in layers to form the initial layout.Then,the optimization model of multilayer layout was constructed with the non-logistics as the most relevant,the least logistics cost,and low carbon as the objective functions.The optimizing model was solved by the multi-objective genetic algorithm to obtain the optimized layout of the RAP recycling plant in different layering methods.To optimize the layout of the elevation of the production facilities,the vertical logistics relationship of the functional areas was analyzed.Combining the plan layout and the elevation layout,three typical spatial layouts were obtained.An evaluation index system for the layout planning of the RAP recycling plant was constructed from the structure and functionality,greenness,and economy.The indexes had the characteristics of systemic,representativeness,difference,simplicity,and feasibility.The indexes consisted of 3 criteria and 12 indicators.A four-level evaluation standard for green products for the layout plan of the RAP recycling plant was proposed.A matter-element extension evaluation model based on ANP-entropy weight was constructed to evaluate the three spatial layouts.Finally,the RAP recycling plant construction project in the Luohuang Industrial Park in Jiangjin District of Chongqing was taken as an example.The established multi-level layout planning and evaluation model was verified.The results demonstrated that the multi-layer layout planning and scheme evaluation method of the RAP recycling plant from the perspective of green production can effectively reduce the logistics cost,enhance the interrelationship between the functional areas and reduce the negative impacts on the environment.This study provides a new way to solve the layout planning and scheme decision problem of the RAP recycling plant in mountainous terrain areas. |
