Research On Healthy Design Strategy Of Commercial Office Space

With the improvement of people’s requirements for quality of life and the concern of the whole society for health issues,the next decade is an important strategic opportunity period for the whole society to promote "healthy China" and the construction of ecological civilization,and health design has gradually become a hot trend of the development of the times.This paper takes commercial office space as the research object,based on the behavioral needs and health needs of space use,and through interdisciplinary research,case studies at home and abroad,literature analysis and other research methods,conducts in-depth research and innovative exploration of space design methods under the concept of health.The design objectives of healthy office space include: to meet the health needs of people in their work behaviors through the reasonable layout of the space,and to meet the humanization and comfortable experience brought by the space through the design of physical environment and ecological environment.First of all,the paper collates the development history,current situation and characteristics of commercial office behavior of office space interior design.In view of the problems in the development of office space in our country: pay attention to office density,ignore the impact of space on human physiology and psychology;pay attention to the adjustment and control of indoor physical environment,ignore the use of natural ecology,etc.Put forward the concept of healthy,comfortable,energy-saving,efficient and green office environment.Secondly,according to people’s behavior and health needs in space,the principle of reasonable layout is proposed.Based on the health analysis of lighting and materials,the principle of environmental comfort is put forward.Follow the healthy ecology and green environmental protection,put forward the green space principle.Finally,the principle is applied to the interior design of commercial office space to get the design strategy,that is,based on the reasonable space scale of ergonomics,to integrate people’s health habits,to adopt the plane layout of multi-directional traffic,to set up a flexible clean area,to use plant ecological natural elements and similar natural elements to adjust the indoor "microclimate",to purify the air quality,etc.,to do a good job in office space The protection of physical health;through the expression of "aggregative" public space,the healing effect of natural ecology on high-pressure psychology,following the internal needs of people’s self realization and self-consciousness in office behavior.Let the spirit of the office concrete,human culture,in the widely used open office space to make a better integration and understanding of mental health.As far as the current situation is concerned,the focus and research of health theory are mainly in the special environment of medical treatment,pension and so on.As an important part of the society,the environmental health problems of commercial office space have aroused people’s attention due to the epidemic situation.The purpose of this paper is to take the concept of health as the guiding ideology in office space design,so as to broaden the thinking of commercial office space design,and constantly deepen the guiding significance of the concept of health in interior design.
